Hotel was clean and staff was very freindly. The bathroom was tiny and a tad dated. The location is great for going to the falls or heading over to Canada.
Very, very disappointed in this hotel. Not only did we have to pay to park our car over night which was ridiculous at $20but when we arrived, the front desk people simply ignored us for 20 minutes And then we're rude when they finally did. We did not care for the other guests, they were all extremely rude and noisy at all times! Location was convenient to Niagara Falls but nothing else, when we arrived at 9pm, the only food that was open was like 8 different Indian food restaurants or the attached Tony Roma's, which ended up being a distaster. We've now learned to stay on the Canada side And not the US when visiting Niagara Fallslet's hope their hotels are better than this one.
We had a really great time at the falls . The hotel was a very good choice to go with . We were only a few mins walking distance to the falls from the hotel. The hotel is a good hotel and has very nice staff there . Downfalls that we had they charge 10 dollars a day to park there even tho you are staying there . The pool is in the open to everyone . Its in a big area that makes it cold to be in because of that . The room was good but the shower lacked completely . The curtain was barely holding on and did not keep the water in the shower and the water went from hot to cold to really hot without touching it . Overall would stay there again but could use some improvement.
I've stayed here twice. It's an older hotel that was refurbished about 5 years ago. The rooms are large and nice. The best part is that it is walking distance to the Falls, the border, lots of great restaurants, and the casino. I am a Niagara Falls native who now lives in Las Vegas and this is my #1 choice hotel when visiting my hometown. Great location!
Lobby was beautiful. Rooms were a little dated. Fast and easy checkout. Falls were less than 10 min walk which was great for the kids. Would stay again for sure.
Great Hotel, really close to the Falls. It's about a five minute walk to the American Falls. Lots of restaurants to choose from that are all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay on the US side.
I sincerely would love to give more than 2 stars. But the first night my family was kept awake all night from a woman's baby screaming all night, and tonight at 4 am, we were yet again woken due to a very loud party and drunks yelling, the maid staff skipped our room, and when we called to complain, they cane up and only removed the trash in the bathroom. They did not leave fresh towels, make the beds, vacuum, or even replenish the coffe! We pay good money to stay here, just to get absolutely no sleep because the other guests ARE EXTREMELY loud, and you can not sleep! I i find it absurd that a hotel would allow guests to make such loud and disturbing noises that do not allow other families to sleep. TWO NIGHTSNO SLEEP.because people have no regard or respect of others that are staying there. I will never stay at this location again, or any other Holiday Inn! I will also be contacting corporate over this matter. We paid for a room that my husband, myself, and my children, could not even sleep in due to the loud and disrespectful other guests.
Its right next to the Falls and if your room is on the right side you get to see the fireworks every night. The staff was pleasant. All in all a good stay. The room was clean. However this is an older hotel.
We got diverted to the Holiday Inn Express ten miles away; this place called to say that there was a plumbing problem and they didn't have room as a result. They called my cell while we were enroute. They DID pay for our stay at the HI Express, which was fine (not as nice or as close, but free and free breakfast). However, the person at the HI Express told us her understanding was that the Holiday Inn didn't have a plumbing problem, but rather was just oversold.
Anyway, we did visit this place as they allowed us to park there (since we were supposed to be guests). The lobby and pool are very nice, and it's a very close walk to the NY side of the Falls. Also, the restaurant has a great arcade for the kids.
Front desk is very nice and helpful. Room is comfortable, but the walls are a little thin. I can hear too much.
Suitable location, few minutes to Niagara Falls by foot. Good service. Clean and cosy room.
Convenient location to the Falls. Was surprised at the extra charge for parking and lack of a free hot breakfast given the price of the room. Other hotels in the area offer a tad more value for the money. Excellent service by the staff. Clean rooms.
We always stay at this hotel and it is amazing. The pool is nice and arcade is awesome. The people are also super nice. We will always stay here when we go to Niagara.
Not bad. Location is great. Views aren't terrible. It's about 200 feet to the goat island bridge. Overall it's a Holiday Inn with a pretty good location
