It's a great Hotel with great location. Very near to the Falls. Although it's a bit old build but still rooms are quite comfortable and big. It's off season so we got it at a very cheap price for three nights. I wish breakfast would have been included too in the room price. Casino floor is also quite big. There is ample parking for guests in front and also valet parking is available free of charge for guests in the adjacent building. Hotel is quite big and covers a lot of ground.

Visited here twice now. Very good buffet, friendly employees. Tons of slot machines of all denominations. Happened to win both visits and dined quite well. Clean, professional atmosphere. Free drinks on gaming floor, waitresses do a good job. If you're in the area, stop in- nice place.

Great variety of food at the buffet. Love going there when I'm super hungry and can't think of anything to eat. Although there food is sometimes hit or miss. It's understandable because they do prepare large portions at a rapid pace to keep up with demand. I love trying every desert when I'm there they must have 10 different kinds at all times.

Plenty of slots and table games to play. Many penny slots if you like those. I saw many people winning on slots, but i wasn't one of them, unfortunately.
Free drinks if your playing on slots, waitresses came around often but took awhile to get your drink. Don't leave the area your playing in if you're waiting on a drink.
Live music and some dancing at stir, and many restaurants to eat at. Blues burgers was good if you enjoy fast food type food. Thunder falls buffet has a good variety of different food choices. Three sisters is a casual dining with a handful of menu choices. Prices aren't outrageous, except the steakhouse which i haven't tried.
Biggest problem is if your a non- smoker, this casino allows smoking and you have to walk through it to the non-smoking area.

I've only ever just dropped by to have a look at some of the restaurants (and buffet) but it looks like a decent casino. The only issue personally is that it smells of smoke, which is to be expected, I suppose. I'll definitely drop by to try out the buffet at some point as the selection of food and quality (visual at least) seemed quite good and I'll have to at least try out some of their slot machines as well. Very nice Christmas decorations throughout, nice selection of restaurants (including a Tim Horton's for the visiting Canadians) and just very pleasant and clean overall.

My daughter and I attended the Martini and Mani event Thursday night. We had do much fun and met some great women. Our bartender was amazing and all of the manicurists we're absolutely the best! Very professional and personable. We also had a chair massage done and it was wonderful EXCEPT when he would stop and check his phone multiple times. Definitely would go back, but skip the massage.

It was my first trip to Niagara Falls 4 friends. The hotel reeked of smoke and we had a non smoking room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bell staff were nice, though. Somewhere around 1:30 AM, the whole city had a water main break and we had NO WATER from 1:30 AM to around 11:30 AM. You would think the hotel would supply water to flush toilets, wash, or even drink for free, but they initially wanted to charge us for each bottle! Around 8 AM, the main was fixed but it took till around 12 to get water up to the higher floors where we were. They also tried to charge us for room service even though we couldn't make tea or coffee in the room with no water. It wasn't until later when they finally let people have water and use the spa facilities for free. The only good thing was the free buffet and the casino itself. I won't be returning.

Our room was spotless, bed comfortable, and wonderful shower! Every employee we came into contact with at Seneca was so very nice and accommodating. The food and service at 3 sister's cafe was great. We also ate at THE buffet of which was excellent also. The casino was fun with lots of slots to pick from, my husband and I won a total of 4 jackpots of 1200 to 1500 playing dollar slots. I know in a lot of reviews people speak of tight slots at Seneca but they certainly were not tight the 2 nights we played because we saw others win too. All in all it was a fabulous stay all the way around and we will definitely return. And far as the smoking goes at Seneca, we are non smokers but it was tolerable for us. We really enjoyed Seneca!

The Hotel is immaculate, Between the Center Suite & Corner Suite and down to Regular Rooms. There is no elegance lost.

The decor is exquisite, this is my favorite Casino. I love seeing the Native American Staff, it makes me feel at home. Staying here reminds me of my Pap-Pap and his Native American teachings. I get a chance to speak our language here and even the guest are nice and joyful. The atmosphere is always pleasant, I appreciate that, plus free drinks if you gamble.

The Gaming is also appealing, everyone is always nice and I never have an issue when I visit this location. I also played at the Buffalo location and the atmosphere was the same.

I suggest a visit to this location, everyone is treated like a Human-Being!

The restaurants are all really good - even the buffet. The hotel rooms are okay but even on non-smoking floors you can't escape the lingering smell of smoke. The pool is great and has a really nice outdoor patio. It'd be amazing if they put a bar there!!

Went to the casino for their buffet and was surprised by the price. It seemed very high, but that was before getting inside. Everything was delicious and the variety was almost overwhelming. All non-alcoholic drinks were included, and every third Wednesday of the month, Veterans get free admission. I had hoped that the selection of the bar was better, (It's limited more than what they normally serve)

We went here on a Sunday night and it was pretty quite and very mellow. This casino is nice with tons of slots to choose from. However, they need to upgrade their music selection and mix things up a bit to suit the crowd. Their staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely visit this casino again.

Playing slots, video poker are always a great time! We enjoy partaking in many activities while at Seneca Niagara. Security always greets us with a smile and a good luck. Waitresses are always happy to serve us. Even housekeeping will interact with us. We feel very much at home. The food is always amazing no matter where we choose to dine.
