This motel is very moderately priced, especially for how clean it is! Newly renovated. Playground for the kids. Pool in the summer. Free breakfast. Offers a shuttle to the falls, plenty of parking, friendly staff. This place is a must stay if you're on a budget! 15 minutes from the falls. Maybe 20-30 from downtown buffalo.

My wife and I stayed in the single King room (doesn't show on booking sites but you can book it from the hotel site). We loved our stay. The room was clean and fresh. We didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but I was glad it was offered. My only critic is that i wish the room was pre-heated as it was the only budget part of the experience. I would definitely come back with the family.

We had a great time at Econo Lodge At the Falls. Our room was a good size. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We asked to check out an hour late and they approved this request. They provided a free breakfast everyday which was a nice and money saving addition. Overall, for the price, it was a great hotel.

Good rooms and service. Only problem was the guests during breakfast. We ended up going out to breakfast due to the sheer amount of bodies in the lobby. There just wasn't enough for everyone. Didn't help that one guy was toasting an entire loaf of bread. Maybe hire someone to facilitate breakfast to make things more efficient?

Great economy choice to stay on the US side of the falls. Rooms are super clean, well maintained, everything works. No coffee maker in the room, but free coffee in the lobby, 24 hours per day. And it's good coffee. Breakfast has coffee, juice, waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, pastries. Just no eggs, sausage or b&g. But, if that doesn't do it for you, there is a Bob Evans and Dunkin Donuts a couple of blocks away. Staff was super nice, even offered to help my husband carry stuff upstairs. Just note, no elevator if that is an issue, but half the rooms are on the first floor. There was a bit of maintenance going on when we visited, but we really never noticed it. It was too cold to try the pool, but it looks clean with nice deck chairs. Would recommend to couples, and families with kids.

I only give this hotel a 2 star rating because the staff was friendly and very accommodating, even going to the local UPS to have a sweatshirt returned to us that we had left in the room. Breakfast was good and the free shuttle to the Falls was quite the convenience. However, the rooms needed paint, patching, and the a/c needed to be replaced. The dining chairs were so badly stained I wouldn't sit on them without putting a towel down first.

This is my go-to for an overnight stay near the Falls. I've been there probably around 10 times now. It's recently been renovated, so the rooms are in excellent condition, the television is new and has access to plenty of channels (including HBO and other premium selections), and the atmosphere inside feels much greater than the reasonable price would lead one to believe. The pool is heated and great for a quick dip, kids love it and the new jungle gym next to it. Breakfast is continental and included. It's pretty standard fare, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal. The coffee and tea are available all day, and aren't too bad. Location is great for eating and shopping, and the trolley stops right outside of it to take you to the falls. My only real complaint is the showers are difficult to control, ending up either too hot or too cold. But all-in-all I can confidently say I will be returning.

This is not your average Econo Lodge. Much nicer. Very clean, well maintained. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very nice playground area for young children. Nice outdoor pool - small and simple, but well maintained.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. We had several family members staying and they were wonderful to all of us. The covered outdoor gazebo was a wonderful place to gather.

Very clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Within 15 minutes from the falls. I definitely recommend this place for any visits, and I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.

Fast and neat customer service. The best thing about this Hotel was the proximity to the Highway where you stay away from the Bottleneck traffic at the falls. When I checked in, it was a lightning fast service response. Checking out was also hassle free. Next time I visit Niagara Falls, I am staying at this place for sure.
