Great place to take someone special to and for holidays and celebrations. We’ve taken our friends and family members there and they all enjoyed it very much. Its our plan to go there at least 2 times a year.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Will probably come back if we ever make another trip to Niagara Falls. The room was very cozy, comfortable and newly renovated, and it even had a large Jacuzzi tub right in the bed room. We ate at the restaurant twice while there and both times it was delicious (both for dinner and breakfast). They were very accommodating with us. To celebrate our engagement, we bought some wine to bring back to the room, but the opener broke with the corkscrew in the cork! We brought the bottle down to the front desk and they not only opened it for us the next day (since they couldn't find pliers at the moment) but they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate that night.

To Neena and all of the rest of the staff there, I want to say a big thank you for making our stay so special!

My daughter ordered a bowl of corn chowder and got a cup of French Onion Au Gratin. When we told them that she had ordered the corn chowder, they brought back a cup of corn chowder. We told them she had ordered a bowl of corn chowder, and finally brought back a bowl of corn chowder. It was a good bowl of corn chowder, but not a great bowl after the fuss and the cost of it. It wasn't as creamy as a chowder should have been. It also took an exceptionally long time for us to get our food!! The table next to us who got there quite a bit after us got their food quite a bit before us! And even though it was 30 something outside they had the air conditioner on. When asked if they could turn it down they said they'd have to check with the manager, and I guess it was turned down because it stopped, bit no one came to let us know it was resolved. The redeeming quality is that the crab cakes were absolutely awesome (falling apart with all the crab on them).

Hotel is situated in great place - only few walking minuts from Niagara Falls. You can see Niagara river through windows of your suite.
Very comfortable, very well decorated big suites with kitchen. Kitchen was equipped with almost everything, you would need. We had only three forks for 5 people and could not find board to cut bread, but I am sure we could get it if we would ask stuff.
Very good restaurant serves excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stuff in restaurant is perfect.
We have got only one negative impression. Stuff at reception was not friendly and helpful at all. Especially woman, working there both mornings of our stay (9-10 September 2017). She was having private phone calls both times I was trying to ask something and she did not stop them to answer me.

We checked in Saturday and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location could not be beat it was so close to everything. We had two breakfasts and dinner at the restaurant and everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and very clean. The only complaint was that there was a strange odor in the room that kinda smelled like Windex. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Hotel is good, room was clean an in proper order, employees are nice, restaurant is also very ice with great options. The only downside was the fact that the reception desk closes at 10PM. We needed a toothbrush and had to leave the hotel to buy one in a convenience store 10 min away. Other than that, it is a great place to overnight in Niagara Falls.

We had a wonderful weekend at red coach. They have good breakfast options. Being a vegetarian I particularly liked their vegetarian bake. There is no buffet but you could order from their menu and it is all complimentary. The room was clean with good service. The people at the reception were really professional and helpful with everything. As for the distance from the falls, it's about a 2-block walk - not far. Overall had an amazing stay.

We made a reservation for dinner the same night and our hostess was friendly while she helped us. Dinner was amazing and all the staff was helpful and our waiter John paired a nice Riesling with the rest of my meal. The food was amazing and the portions were huge, we did not leave hungry at all. The atmosphere was lovely and overall I'm super pleased with our experience there.

My fiance and I got married March 24 2017. We checked in that day and leave March 26. We had the Portsmouth suite. It was roomy, relaxing and welcoming on our arrival. The jacuzzi hot tub was extremely relaxing and soothing after walking all over exploring! The walk in shower was very big and very beautiful. The whole room was beautiful the staff were very helpful and nice and breakfast for the 1st day breakfast we had steak and eggs, and the crab omelette served at the red coach inn restaurant. 1 breakfast to go and I'm sure it will be as delicious as the last! Very close walking distance to the USA side falls and shopping and dining.

The Red Coach Inn is in a fantastic location that makes it extremely easy to get to Niagara Falls. Our room was beautiful and the period pieces placed around the room added to the atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal - we ate dinner and breakfast there, and the breakfast included with the hotel was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. More options than I could count and the waitress was very accommodating if we wanted or needed anything.
