I came here for a Baby Shower during the early summer and wow, it was gorgeous. The banquet room was spacious, the windows gave it a lot of light, and the view on the water was spectacular! The servers were friendly and helpful. The service and staff throughout the hotel were so nice and it was a wonderful experience. We were in one of the smaller banquet rooms by the little restaurant/bar on the main floor.
Afterwards everyone went out to take pictures on the back deck which turned out sooo pretty! Great for any kind of occasion! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for banquet space.

Room was nice and clean; however the bed was hard and springy. The bathroom is very small. They charge $15 for breakfast when most hotels include it in the price of the room. Free WiFi and self parking was great. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous! The only downfall was the bed, the most important part of the stay!

5 Star rating for price / value. Friendly staff at front desk, cleaning and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, bathroom could be larger. Iron and ironing board in room. Ice machines on each floor. Rooms with Niagara River views and parking lot views your choice and budget. Indoor heated pool for summer and winter swimming. Within 4 miles of the Niagara State Park.
Highly recommended.

I wanted to take my parents on a weekend getaway. I spoke with the sales manager Theresa who helped me with my reservation(2 rooms Riverview) She was so helpful. Great customer service. The hotel is perfect. Clean rooms, great view. Close to the falls. There are closer hotels to the falls but none with a view like this. About a 3 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Excellent parking. No need to go out for breakfast. The restaurant has the best breakfast with something for everyone. I will definitely stay there again whenever I end up that way again. Thanks for such a great experience.

The hotel is right on the water. The patio decks off the restaurant/bar are pleasant day or night. The Italian food is good, especially if you've been starved for NY eats. Tours of Niagara Falls are available from the hotel, close to falls and really fun. The hotel staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. I would (did) stay there again!

This is a great place to stay within the area. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant has some of the best wings I have had in so long and the breakfast buffet is delicious. My stay here was just wonderful!

Amazing location, right by Niagara river. They had live music when we visited and good food. Our waitress Jessica was really polite and helped us with the vegeterian dish which was little off the menu. Also the lady at the bar make nice drinks. Really accommodating and great service.

My fiancé and I recently visited Niagara Falls and booked a room for the weekend. We had a lovely stay. Upon arrival, the concierge informed us that we had been upgraded to a River view room at no charge Awesome! The room was clean and comfortable, every staff member we passed was friendly, and the pool was clean and inviting. We are very much looking forward to returning in the future with our kids!

The hotel is clean and nice. The location is perfect. It's not too far from the park. The staff were also nice. The only issue that we had was the representative on the phone. They booked us for the wrong dates and we had to take care of everything last minute. However, the manager was able to fix everything.

The service there was good, very attentive staff. It was very clean. I didn't really care fore the food and there wasn't as wide a selection of food as I would have preferred especially with breakfast.

The hotel was clean and newly updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I love that it is a nicer hotel and pet friendly. They made it very easy for us to travel with our dogs. The room had a fantastic river view. The pool area was large and clean just needs a hot tub and it would be perfect! The hotel is pretty close to the casino and the falls and the rooms were much cleaner than the casino and way more affordable.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My room had nice amenities and the complementary coffee was very good. My sink did drain slowly and was not cleaned very thoroughly. There was noticeable dirt and possibly mold where the sink meets the counter top. All in all my stay was pleasant.

There is a great view of the river on one side of the hotel that can also be seen from the restaurant. The room was really nice, we stayed in a family suite. Separate easy to use temp controls on both sides made things easier for us because we had a person along who is always freezing. Great water pressure in the shower and sinks too.

The pool area and gym were great and clean.

The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond in their service for dinner and drinks at night and the breakfast buffet was good (could use some toast or bagels though)
