Clean room, a caring, friendly front desk and a fully-functioning kitchen--this is exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I got at Candlewood Suites. The location is less than a mile away from the campus at UB so it was very easy to get where I needed to be. The staff was able to recommend a really nice breakfast restaurant and they made sure we had lots of the basics in the room. The thermostat was easy to adjust, the sink was in the bathroom and there were plenty of shower towels provided. Very nice stay, and I'd stay again.

Right away the staff were amazing. So organized and ready for our arrival. The room was very tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Only con was we needed an extra cot in our room for a 5th person. And the cot happened to be very uncomfortable. Other that amazing stay!

All staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable suites, laundry on site. Maid service is weekly but you can pick up fresh linens any time. We had a great week here and would return.

Nice people and place. Only about 20 mins from the falls. Kitchen in each unit and they have a little store with good prices in it . At another hotel a bottle of soda 4 bucks here it's like 2

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was spotless, had a great kitchenette, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful and quickly got us checked in and headed out on a taxi to the airport when I left. Amenities are well taken care of - from the gym and free laundry to lending of miscellaneous items and snack/toiletry store. I would recommend this conveniently located hotel if you're visiting the university or any other nearby places. Note that there isn't many restaurants or stores within walking distance though.

Best I found in the area with great pricing! Amazing customer service, amazing comfortable clean rooms, great quiet location.. just one of a couple experiences I've ever had A+!
