The place is clean, there's hot water to shower, TV, Wi-Fi & allow dogs. It looks bland and is fairly basic.

Old style and runned down, tv is mostly pay per view and infomercials. Small frig and microwave in room was nice. No breakfast or pool. Overpriced for what you get.

The place was dirty dead bugs behind toilet, Cobb webs everywhere. Bathroom door was burned because of vent system. Could tell edges of the wall had not been vacuumed Not that paint is anything.not pride done I. That work and towels were dingy

Given that it's the only lodging available in Berrien Springs the Village Inn could easily get away with being a dump. It's not though. The staff is friendly and the accommodations aren't bad at all. It's also reasonably close to local conveniences like dining and groceries. The Village Inn could be awful but it's very reasonable.

The owner was nice, but the rooms not so much, the setup of the room was bad, the conditioner was high up in the wall where you had to use a chair to reach and it was located in a odd place, the beds were ok thin blankets and a very thin pillow, you wouldn't even call that a pillow. There was no shampoo or soap, the towels were very small, when the regular size towel is your Biggest towel in this place. I think they were remodeling or had a terrible painter, they also had the oldest TV ever, we had fun with it but honestly it costs 100$ for a plazma/flat TV but they had the old tvs.

We did get free wifi, microwave and small fridge. A small table with 2 chairs and two sinks, one small in the bathroom and one big one in the room itself.
