Rooms are exceptionally clean. Beds are very comfortable. (The beds do sit high. If this is a problem, call the front desk for a step stool.) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has hot food choices along with the standard "continental breakfast" fare.

This place , on the surface appeared clean, but there was a pervading icky smell. Not sure what it was, but I was glad to get out of there the next day. On a positive note, the free breakfast was pretty good.

Nice clean hotel. Good comfortable bed. Tasty comp breakfast. Nice helpful staff. Good location that's convenient to some shopping, movie plex and the interstate. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoy staying here, but their weekend summer prices are a little over the top for Benton Harbor. Even with my membership and discounts it was over$140 for a night. During the week it's around $80 a night. The lady who checked us in was very nice and super helpful. The room was very clean and contemporary. The bed very comfortable with just the right amount of pillows.

This dated hotel lacked amenities like a pool or even an elevator, but the bed was comfortable and the premises were fairly clean. The employees were nice and did their best to suit our needs. I feel like we overpaid for our experience after visiting friends in the Comfort Inn just down the road, who paid the same amount for their clean and modem hotel with a pool and hot tub. However, they booked their room a few weeks before us. Their hotel was full by the time we booked ours, and no decent hotels in the area were priced very well.

Very nice place. Room was clean and the room and hallways smell great. Front desk employees where very nice and explained all the amendities to us.

Awful We had made a third party reservation and apparently selected the wrong stay date, fine probably was our fault, but the women working the desk at the hotel flat out lied to us. She told us we could get a room for the night we arrived if we canceled our third party reservation (which was no refunds) and then place a new reservation directly with the hotel and because the hotel would still get the 3rd party reservation commission they were only going to charge us the difference. Well as I said, she lied and we were then charge from the 3rd party and the hotel. We ended up paying double for a crappy hotel. Elevators didn't work, breakfast was sub-par, employees were not friendly, and the walls were as thin as paper. I would not recommend staying here!

We showed up at 2am after the worst experience ever at roadway inn and the wonderful woman at the front desk made us feel right at home. She was very informative and kind. The room was great as well.
