I used this property to spend the night and conduct a meeting. The property is well kept and the room was immaculate. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The meeting went off without a hitch mostly because of the sales manager. She is top notch. The food was a sandwich platter and we had plenty. The kitchen staff made sure our every desire was met. I would use this property again without hesitation.
A great courtyard. Well kept, clean and friendly service.
Stayed here on business and checked in at 7:15. Was offered a bad room and a bad room. Marriott should pull their name. The 1st was a handicap adapted room which is no issue. The problem was the shower head.they should be ashamed, it was clearly old and not clean. No should offer that to anyone. Shameful as a handicap person might not have the option of asking for another room. Second room was by the bar 1st room off the lobby. I had reservations and am presidential level with Marriott. Worse service ever with the brand. Clearly others were checking in as I went for dinner.why was I offered bad and bad early in the evening?
The manager seems nice enough but the woman at the Bistro was abrupt and very inefficient. Food took forever to come out. She seemed more concerned with clearing plates than taking my order. Food is expensive and not very good. Coffee was lukewarm. My room smellled like smoke. They moved me to a room that had a wet carpet and smellled less. 🙄
Front desk staff were good. Cleaning staff were not overly courteous in the morning. Room was nice but shower drain was clogged and the whole shower was just old and outdated. No continental breakfast but they have a small cafe on site. Drinks and concessions available for purchase were reasonably priced at the front desk. Pillows and bed were comfortable.
Easy check in, workout room, pleasant staff. The room was comfortable, good pillows, nice sunrise coming over the trees in the morning. The sink area is a bit small, and no shelf, etc. in bathroom area to set clothing. The tub was a bit slow in draining water. Overall, a great stay.
After over 15 hours of traveling, I was (NOT) greeted upon my arrival. At 3am I walked into the lobby to check in, when I was not even acknowledged by the desk clerk. He immediately asked only "do you have a reservation", and I said yes I do, how are you, only to be completely ignored. I then proceeded to ask if my Marriott rewards was in, and he said "No, whats your account number". I gave him the info, only for him to not even acknowledge that I was a member. I was then handed my room keys, with nothing more that was said. I proceed to the room, where I was given 2 double beds, of which one bed would only fit 1 person comfortably, and it was me and my husband. I immediately call downstairs to see if a King was available, and he immediately said "No, there are none clean". I then asked if I could be moved to one the following day, and he replied, "let me checkoh, I didnt look at the other code for King rooms, there is one available", so I asked to be moved. I proceeded downstairs to switch keys, when he took the other set out of my hand and just handed me the keys to the new room, with no words spoken. I am a Gold elite Marriott rewards member, and I have NEVER had such RUDE treatment at a Marriott hotel. I am never one to post bad reviews, but this experience was definitwly one that I could not keep my mouth closed on. This hotel will NEVER receive my business again, as Ibwould have rathered stayed at the Hilton nearby. However, the morning desk clerk was awesome, very polite, and kind.
45 minutes, by car, from Boston. Rooms were clean. Area is quiet. Has a free breakfast.
Room was okay. Lighting could be better. TV was a little small. Front desk was great.
This is a tired Courtyard by Marriott. It's a little bit run down. Everything is just a little old, and the staff is not all that helpful either. Perfectly fine, I guess.
Clean, quiet place to rest your head. Small but adequate gym. Bistro in the lobby serves breakfast lunch and dinner plus Starbucks Coffee. Reasonably priced. Lots of places to eat in the area too.
