Picking out and purchasing furniture at Talsma's was a very enjoyable and painless experience. Nick was super awesome the two times we went in. The first time was to look around and compare items/prices. Nick was not only very friendly and personable, but extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the products and services. Our second time we purchased a set and Nick had everything all set up and reviewed all the details with us and was very polite and patient with us. Definitely the type of person I'd want to buy anything from when dealing with services. He made us feel comfortable and made sure we didn't leave with any questions on our minds. The store itself was very clean and set up in a very shopable manner. I'd recommend to anyone looking to purchase furniture, home decor, etc. And there was never a point we felt pressured to buy which was awesome. Overall feeling and ease of purchase is a 10/10!

I would definitely recommend shopping at Talsma's in Hudsonville! Great customer service and never felt pressured to buy furniture like at other stores in the Grand Rapids area. We worked with Jeana and she was awesome! She was very patient with us when trying to decide on fabrics and made it a very easy process even with having two young kids with us! We definitely will be visiting them again for our next Furniture needs.

We had a great experience at the Talsma Furniture store in Hudsonville! The selection was great Gina our sales person was awesome and took the time to show us several different options! She also gave us some great ideas for another room that we will be doing in the upcoming months! It is hard to find good employees and you got a good one with Gina! My wife and I felt she not only listened to what we needed but pointed out great options for our current project and next one!

Way To Go Talsma Furniture & Gina!!!! We will be back and send in our Friends as well!!!

I just had Godwin Plumbing install a new York furnace and air-conditioner. The installers were very good. The system works awesome. Our house has never been so comfortable. They worked hard they cleaned up everything they explained everything. This was a great experience and I am telling everyone to use Godwin.

Loved the experience of shopping at Talsma Furniture. I was very apprehensive about picking out furniture for my whole living room. I’ve never bought that much at one time. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to pick fabrics to coordinate. Dolly made it fun and easy! I found just what I had in mind. Really looking forward to the pieces arriving. Thank you for helping me put together my new living room.

I'd been shopping around for a dresserno hurryI knew just what I was looking for. After walking into Hudsonville Talsma, it took less than 2 minutes to find "it". I immediately loved the style, the color, the obvious quality. It was even a clearance itemthat's always a plus.

Dolly was very helpfulvery friendly. I called the store a few times. Every person I talked to, was helpfulLinda comes to mind.

Delivery was a pure pleasure. The 2 drivers were exactly on time. Starting the night before, I got a couple of text messages, and a phone call, narrowing down the time.

When the delivery drivers arrived, they were friendly, polite, and very fast. They placed the dresser, right where I wanted it.

When shopping for more furniture, I'll definately be back and will look for Dolly.

Nick and Jacky at Talsma were extremely helpful and patient with us when we were picking out our sofa and love seat. They were not forceful with advice and didn't they to steer us toward any particular product. They just gave suggestions and shared their knowledge and expertise when asked. Nick was especially helpful in helping us select the accessory pillows, the purchase process and explaining the protection plan. Overall it was a very satisfying purchase experience. We're very pleased and will purchase from Talsma again.

I always have an exceptional service experience when I visit the Hudsonville store. Dolly has been helping my husband and I for about 5 years with various pieces in our home. When it was time to get our son's big boy bed, we headed to Talsma with no hesitation. Any issues that we have ever had (the extremely few) have been addressed and fixed almost immediately. I can't recommend this store enough. We definitely plan on returning again.

I love the selection at Talsma and Dolly was great to work with. Totally no pressure selling with her and she was super patient as my husband and I went back and forth through the showroom trying to make decisions on styles and fabric. She made a lot of great recommendations too as we're definitely not designers. We had a great experience and would recommend Talsma to anyone!

This store offers a large selection of quality furniture. Something for every style possible. The sales people are super helpful, knowledgeable & relaxed to work with. It's nice to shop without pressure. I will return again when I'm in need of more home furnishings.
