Fantastic service from staff here! Steve from the front desk was a great guy to talk to. The rooms and pool are also well kept.

Comfortable. However it is out dated and the beds are horrible. Toilets have too much water and are uncomfortable to sit on.

Friendly atmosphere, clean room. Semi hot bar for breakfast and hot coffee at the front 24/7(may need to ask for a fresh batch at late hours as I did)

I'm a spire member. Walked in with a super stiff back, and Fahad offered me a Jacuzzi room! I was really impressed with how polite and accommodating he is. Awesome.

Nice, comfortable rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. There is only one slow elevator for the 4 story building.

First time there. Beautiful surrounding areas, beautiful establishment. Everything about our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Only met two staff members but they were helpful and courteous. My wife and I will be back.

Room was clean, the staff was excellent. Buffet breakfast had turkey sausage, bit also had bacon so that was not a problem. Free coffee all day long. Older building might bother some people. As with the older buildings, not many outlets. I would stay there again.

It has been a good experience in this hotel when I was here for a business trip. The staff is very kind. They took my post box from the reception to my room. My only suggestion is to increase the breakfast options for foreign Country

Upgraded my room for me to a wonderful king size suite. Water was hot, pool and spa was indoors and the gym equipment was good. Right off the beaten path, yet close to everyone and the staff was super friendly.

The hotel was well kept except for the pool where the handrail is loose slightly and rusting at the bottom. Other than that, it is a nice place. Room service was quick to respond to my request for toothpaste which was nice of them.

My family of four had a great experience at this hotel. We were able to check in early and stay late so my daughter could shower after her final soccer game. The staff provides excellent customer services, especially the front desk and the breakfast hostess (she was the absolute best!!). The room was spacious. Complementary Bath and body works bathroom items. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable.
