It's fine and convenient. Stay there when I have to work downtown Ann Arbor. Restaurant is adequate and moderately priced. Staff has been great.

Had an awesome time here for my organization's end of semester banquet. Great food and accommodations! Would recommend to any group looking for a reasonably priced venue.

Great service and very comfortable rooms. We stayed here during our tour of the great lakes. This was a road trip and we had booked our stay ahead but checked in very late (around 1 am) and were supposed to check out in the morning. The receptionist offered to extend our check out time so we could rest well for our long drive ahead. He also gave us a very quiet and spacious room. We felt really comfortable.

The Holiday inn was good. It was clean, the workers were nice, and the room was good as well. The inn has an indoor and outdoor pool, but we're closed at the moment. Other than this, my stay was enjoyable.

The front desk people seemed to be annoyed to be there. The rooms were OK, and you know it is classy when there is a bottle opener mounted next to the shower! It was OK, but definitely not great. I found myself regularly checking the sheets and towels, skeptical if they were clean. On the plus side, parking was easy and the attached restaurant had decent comfort food. I'll probably stay somewhere else next time I'm in town.

We stayed in the "executive wing". All the little extras were well appreciated. The room was clean and you could tell things have been updated. It would have been a 10 out of 10 but it felt like small details were over looked. IE: room stated bathrobes and there was none. They said breakfast sandwiches, but they're was only one left by 730am.. Again not big deals but we paid extra with the room stating x,y, and z and z was missing here and there. Would I stay here again, probably.

Check in was quick and staff was super friendly and informative. Room was clean and well stocked. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. Close to highway access ramps. Great stay.

Rm. 130 faced the pool and allowed me easy access to the pool & whirlpool via my patio door. It was also very close to where I parked my motorcycle, making loading and unloading easy. Laundry room was a big bonus and the prices were reasonable. Only downside was breakfast. It consisted of very fatty foods, high sugar content cereals, tired-looking fruit, and 0% yoghourt filled with sugar & gelatin. I only ate there once. Noisy in the courtyard because of 50+ exterior a/c units blasting into the pool area.
Staff were great and allowed me to borrow a set of porcelain dishes so that I could have breakfast cereal and coffee in my room. Having a fridge was great.

Reservation was made was specific that I used wheelchair needed to be near the pool with an outside door double check reservation in the morning I'll check it. My son went to check in for me room was wrong try to get a wheelchair in king size room that and can't get past the doorway. My grandson walked out the patio picked up a bag and stuck his hand in a pile a giant pile of dog poop have walking back in saying chocolate chocolate it was Easter that got on the bedspread. The room had dust in the corners the pool is slightly green it took them an hour to get the gate open so I can get over to the pool. They definitely don't have it all going on. They reduced my overpriced fee by $30 because my grandson got to handle somebody's dog poop left behind and not cleaned up it was in a bag too the chair. The maintenance man was repulsed. We left and went home at 7 o'clock

I attended an event in the Wolverine room. The room was pretty standard hotel conference room and was clean and well maintained. The coffee provided by the hotel was good. My only complaint is that the chairs were not particularly comfortable for lengthy sitting. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend the conference facilities.

It is a very nice hotel. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Nice and warm heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Only downside is that the hotel is a 10-15 minute drive to the main part of the University of Michigan's campus and downtown Ann Arbor. By the name of the place, I was assuming it would be closer to all the action.
