I love this chain. I have stayed at several over the years. Always clean and comfy. This one in particular keeps their pool at an uncomfortably high temperature. Most children love that as do the elderly. But l expect to be refreshed from a swim. This pool is warmer than my bath in Michigan. Since the only reason we book this one is for an overnight with the grandkids so they can go swimming on their break from school, we will look elsewhere for this annual trip from now on. Otherwise an ok quiet stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Great service from the staff. Food was pretty good too. The exercise room was adequate for cardio, wish they had a few dumbbells also though.

The rooms are very accommodating. They are spacious and provide flexibility for relaxation and home style living. If I could provide a single piece of advice, it would be to add a microwave in each room.

I loved the convenient room service availability till midnight. The food was delicious. The location was literally within walking distance of nearby banks and restaurants as well.

There was a shuttle bus from the venue we were at to the hotel. The bus driver was so funny and polite! The rooms were spacious and very modern. Breakfast in the morning was really good and was served within reasonable times.

We had a great experience here! Loved the room, the service and the amenities. The pool was the perfect temperature for me. The breakfast is really good with a great selection and a really homey set up. They even have soft water in the shower!! Definitely a top pick if you want a great place to stay!!!! We were on the to floor. Very quiet and nice view. The surrounding area has so many options for dinner and shopping and a huge beautiful movie theatre within walking distance!!

Great Beautiful place to stay! Room was almost new, clean and comfortable! Great front desk staff. Breakfast was delicious! Had 3 kids with me and they loved the large pool!

Big room, with good bed. TV could have more channels, but I don't care. Breakfast is very good with good choices and a nice atmosphere. The automata with "fresh"/ cooled salads, drinks and so on seems to be a bit expensive on the first spot. Parking space is enough. Some more wall plugs/ power outlets and wired internet would be helpful, but is not required.

Very courteous and helpful front desk employees. The room is wonderful. I have enjoyed my stay. They have a pool, fitness center, and a great complimentary breakfast in the morning. Definitely worth the money to stay here.

I like Hyatt Places in general. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out. The decor is upscale and modern. They tend to be run very well. And the service usually is better than a regular Hyatt in my opinion. This particular Hyatt place is conveniently located right next to interstate 275 and close to several very good restaurants. Four stars may be slightly high but I'd rather read them higher than lower in this case. In the Plymouth, Canton, Novi area I think this is your best bet. Unless you want to go really upscale and stay somewhere like St. John's. Bottom line, for me, it's a good value. That's my highest recommendation.

I never quite know what to expect with Best Western brand hotels. Most of them are quite nice and this hotel is as well. A recent renovation has updated the look. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices we're good and the attendant for breakfast was quite nice.
