My parents stayed here but I went along before heading to my final destination; the room was quite nice and we had a good time visiting with friends in it for a couple of hours. The staff was very kind and accommodating; my sister was graduating and they happily stored her party balloons in an empty meeting room overnight.

The lady at the front desk, Linda, was AMAZING. She was my favorite part of the hotel. The hotel has a front desk area that connects around a wall to a coffee/cocktail bar. Since it was late, she was both front desk associate and bartender. She made my stay AMAZING. She was very personable and professional as well as efficient. As far as the actual hotel - the breakfast was great and easily accessible. My room was clean-ish. My comforter had a large stain on it (smelled like coffee) and I don't believe my sheets were clean (spots and such). The downstairs bathroom had toilet paper everywhere. Really the only issue I had was my bed not being clean. Everything else was great, rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

It was an amazing hotel stay, the room was updated and don't even get me started on the breakfast, everything was amazing, including the staff. The beds were comfortable, and I was easily able to keep my room at any temperature I wanted as I watched a big flat screen TV! All for a much lower price than normal outdated hotels. 10/10 would recommend, and stay again 100 times. Best hotel breakfast I've had. Best hotel I've been in, by far.

The staff were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond when they found out it was my sons birthday. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety and the hot food was delicious. The pool was clean but chilly water. We are glad we booked with Hyatt.

Rooms have a great resign to make a smaller room feel large. Plenty of accessible ports for your video and audio needs right on the wall. Hook up gaming system, computer, or even your phone.
Very well kept and clean. The lobby feels very modern. Breakfast options were amazing.
Nice size pool, snacks can be charged to your room.
There is no hot tub though. There was a leak on the first floor with a sign off to the side. Should have had something catching the water. I almost fell and didn't see the sign. There was also no towels in the pool area. I did have to request some.
There was a small fire during our stay because if a dryer. We were forced to evacuate. The hotel was very hospitable during this time.
Overall the experience was great but there were some minor flaws that cost them a star. I would be willing to try it again.response / report this review -

I stay here about 3-4 times a month. A few comments. They are always out of the liquor you want. Tonight, no captain, no margarita mix, no jack, etc. Blake was amazing with us even after our food order was lost (third time it has happened amongst all of my stays). Blake is a superior employee. Our food was not made to how the menu states it would be. After finally getting our food an hour and a half later, third shift started and we ordered soup. It was ice cold after an additional 20 minutes of waiting. The gentleman at the front desk (Marcus?) was beyond phenomenal. That kid has his stuff together.
I am a Director of Operations, and there needs to be more management presence to deal with issues at night, managing the bar, ordering, etc. there are some great employees here who need to have more accessibility given to them so your guests do not continue to suffer.response / report this review -

Was here for a wedding. Had a great experience. My room was roomy and the location close to interstate and restaurants. Indoor pool and meeting rooms available. Breakfasts are popular and had a wide variety of hot and cold food items.

The hotel was fine. There were some issues, but I appreciate how the manager (Matt I believe) was not at all hesitant to offer his help. He would be the only reason I would ever consider returning.

Easy to get to, close to area attractions. Rooms good sized for a family. Request for more blankets was met promptly. No hot tub.

My experience at this hotel was wonderful!!! The staff were always smiling and they were very nice. The food every morning was great. This hotel also has an indoor pool and a fitness room.

This place was great! I took my family here for the weekend to celebrate two birthdays, we had four kids with us and any parent knows how hard it is to find a hotel to accommodate that many. They were great. Both managers, I think both their names were Matt, we're great hostesses. Anything we needed they were sure to help us with and they even let us stay a little longer in the pool which the kids loved and helped them sleep on the long road back up north. This hotel is very clean, housekeeping must be cleaning 24/7 because there was always one of them cleaning somewhere no matter what time it was. The room was nice and spacious which was great for family time. I would also recommend this to businessmen, it's a very quiet and clean space and also has technology in the rooms that I've never seen in any other hotel that allows you to hook up your computer or phone right to their tv from the wall. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if ever in the area. Prices were great, food was great, and plenty of hospitality from all the staff. Thank you so much for making our weekend great!
