Very good hotel Good location, clean rooms, very nice kind helpful staff, very quiet.. Good food but need extra care and upgrade the menue in the restaurant. Good room service.it has a shuttle bus that give a ride to the fairlane mall and some close areas

Stayed for 4 nights from out of town for my sister's wedding weekend. I was charged full price when there was a discount for the wedding that should have been honored. The morning of the wedding we discovered our carpet was moving due to an ant infestation. Changing hotel rooms instead of making memories with my family. After the first night we should have just left, noticing our bed sheets were not changed and clearly the carpet was not clean. Front desk girls were sweet to apologize, however at check out could not take any action and I was forced to overpay for my total. She took down my information and assured me the general manager would contact me and "make it right"- that was over 2 weeks ago. I contacted and left a vmail for a call back after the first week. I did not expect this to be on my end for action to be taken! Worst experience from a hotel stay in my life.

Beautiful hotel, however the restaurant was the issue. Was attending a conference at the hotel. Our server was so nice. However, the restaurant didn’t prepare ahead of time. Seeing there’s a conference and most people would probably stay for lunch. Never got our food due to someone had taken our order out of the computer. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re in a time crunch. Giving 4 stars for the hotel. Restaurant would get 1 star.

Great location and staff. Very clean and delightful. Standard tv option with guide. Secured parking. The mobile phone key did not work for me at the entrance to get in.

I have been here ma u time for events and staff are always right there when you need them. Food and drinks were good. Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were nice, comfy, spacious. Try and get a room with a parking lot or side view. This trip my room was in the back and I had to look at old broken house. The have a nice pools nd fitness area. I would stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel was excellent. The service was incredible and the food was very good and did not feel or taste like mass production. All the employees were kind, helpful and on top of things. The gentleman that handled our room Tuesday morning was such an awesome employee. I highly recommend this for any event. Our professional development was great there.

This is the Best place to stay! The staff is awesome, the rooms are clean & comfortable! Its a quiet place to stay great rates! They make you feel great because of the way they treat you! We can't wait to go back again & we will stay here!

Had a great stay here. The amenities like the hot tub, fitness center and free cookies upon check in were all excellent and made our stay enjoyable. We were even able to push back our check out time which was convenient, however the housekeeping staff didn't seem to be notified and were a little unpleasant when we had to explain what we were doing.

Stayed over for 4 weeks in a span of 8 weeks. There was some stuff with one of my co-workers having bed bugs the first week, and the hotel trying to put us in the same rooms on the 4th week (they didn't, but the annoyance at a requested room change was notable). There was also a shuttle situation. We were told we'd be picked up at 4 pm, and for about a week and a half we were picked up after 5 pm. Yes, the transport was free, but when you've been at training all day and you end up waiting a total of about 8 hours total (over 1 1/2 weeks) you begin to feel like the business doesn't value your time. But there were some really nice workers too and I enjoyed interacting with them; only reason I didn't give it 0-1 stars

Excellent shuttle driver, very friendly. Front desk very nice. Room was great and comfortable! Cleaners were so nice and accommodating for needs during my stay. Overall, great stay!

Clean rooms. The whirlpool was amazing. The only issue i have is that i tried to get a cookie from the front desk and they told me they were out, which was fine. However, I was barely around the corner when I heard someone ask for and recieve a cookie. I'm not too upset. I just thought it was weird.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Since I am working less than a mile from the hotel, the location is quite convenient for me. My room was pretty clean, although I did find a bobby pin on the floor. There is a small gym facility along with a tiny pool and whirlpool baths. I haven't eaten at the restaurant yet so I don't have much to say on that score. But I have to compliment them on the cookie they gave me at check-in, it was delicious.

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. It was quiet and easy to relax in our room. However the outside hallways were a bit in need to updating as visible scuffs and wear could be seen. The lobby is beautiful! However, they do not have vending machines and charge $3 for a 20 ounce pop, which we found ridiculous! The room service menu was also way over priced! Overall, a nice hotel, but some pricing issues.
