The hotel will be nice, but has been under construction for over a year. The construction work runs 7am-7pm 7 days a week including holidays. Not ideal.

Very nice and clean. Under Construction,but done nice and neat. When done the place will look beautiful. The rooms are very modern but looks like thry try to cram to much furniture into the room. T.v. was great, beds where new though could have been softer,pillow where hard. The staff was very friendly,but there uniforms where a wrinkled mess. Thats something the company should change, because it wasn't just one person I believe it was the fabric

Have needed to stay here multiple times over the past 10 years for personal events; have always been very pleased with the setting, as well as the staff/service. This place is reasonable in pricing; if you know ahead that you need a certain date, it's wise to book ASAP, because they do fill up quickly at certain times due to local events. This is a hidden gem of a place; I'd definitely recommend it. A recent bonus: they're doing some obvious upgrades, so it should be even more enjoyable!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was being renovated, so it was a bit of a mess and parking was a bit awkward. The room was clean, however, and the air cold, so the room was comfortable. The provided free breakfast was ample and yummy.

We got a new room, but not all amenities are available in the hotel. Room is nice and comfortable. You may or may not have all amenities when you stay. For me, no pool, no fitness room, and no business center. The next day I was given access to the fitness room when I complained but told it's not yet open. No discount is offered and you will be sleeping in or near a construction zone. You will recieve no notification of the construction, but will be told at the front desk that you were notified and that it is listed "everywhere on the internet". The front desk claimed that we could cancel our reservations free of charge, however, we were never notified of this option until we complained and did not try it, because it was too late. Ask if renovation is complete, if it is not, stay somewhere else unless they offer a discount. If you prepaid the reservation long ago through a travel site and are coming from the west coast, you'll feel like you got the classic bait and switch if they're still doing the work when you arrive.

Glitzy of, although they're doing construction. They as employees did their best making you forget about it. Food was great, function halls, well maintained.} the service was top notch.. Located in Woonsocket RI. Give it a chance the city may surprise you

From the moment I arrived the hotel exceeded what I would expect from a hotel chain. The gentleman working the front desk was charismatic and helpful. The room was clean and well put together, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was little bit better than expected but was the general fare. Overall enjoyed my stay!

The Inn was under renovations so there was plenty of construction going on but the rooms and elevator that had been renovated already were very nice and clean. It felt very modern.

Good location, right off the highway and near an amazing diner. Room was newly renovated and very nice. The new beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls

The staff at Holiday Inn were both charming and helpful. From check in to check out it was great. The room was just what I needed. Their pillows are way better than at my home. And I slept very well

Water pools in the floor while you shower. Toilet rocks and leaks in the floor. Duct tape is holding down the carpet seams in the hallways. Last night a man was smoking by the front door who was so impaired that he fell down and rolled around on the ground. My young girls and I were too frightened to go inside the hotel. Bed was comfortable but the housekeepers entered and woke me up early. Not great. Not the worst.
