Our room choice was given to someone else because of overbooking and "they only have 1 housekeeper". The first room was online for cheaper than what we were charged. The Jacuzzi room we upgraded to was less than okay.
The counters were cracked, the tiles around the tub were coming off the wall and black with mold. The tub itself has two access panels, one is taped on, the other is cracked and looks like it's held on by wood screws.
The walls have visible hand prints from other previous visitors. The carpet is fraying. The walls need some serious paint and repair work.
The dresser is help together by duct tape.
The TV is smaller in the upgraded room than the regular rooms.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

We stayed there for 15 days. Great hotel and absolutely great , caring staff. Everyone from the manager George , to Samira , Jeffery , Jenna , and Tiffany, was wonderful and welcoming .they helped us with everything. The rooms were clean , the breakfast was generous . Will definitely come back !!

Good hotel to stay at. I've stayed here twice in the last year. Both times because my truck broke down and had to have it serviced at the Peterbilt shop(also excellent people) down the street. This hotel has friendly staff, it's always quiet, the rooms are clean, the beds are very soft, and they give you a soft and a firm pillow which is a nice touch because usually hotel pillows don't offer much in the way of comfort. The price is higher than what I'm used to paying for a hotel but I really can't complain too much I suppose.

Bed was comfy but room could use some maintenance - Paint/wallpaper cracking in bathroom. No drain on sink. Bathtub had some nasty colored stains. Breakfast typical. Good location. Quiet. Fitness center had the basics. Hotel staff was attentive and friendly.

Bed was super comfy, but the sheets were terrible! Scratchy and pilled to the point you could feel it, get some new sheets! 😝 Convenient to Gillette Overpriced but to be expected on a concert night.

Very clean. Very professional staff. No blood stains (nothing glowed under a black light). No bugs. Sealant on the bathroom fixtures leaves a little to be desired. Parking is so so. Finally, room numbers in addition to being on plaques next to the door are written in some material above the threshold. All in all a great little place, I would definitely stay here again.

To start off, both of their luggage carts were broken with bad wheels so we had to roll all our luggage individually. The faucet in our room was loose. The worst was the rudeness of the lady working the breakfast area. Breakfast ended at 10 and we went down about 9:45. Many items were out and we asked about getting more and she just said that she wasn't putting anything else out and that we should have come down earlier! We usually stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because they are nice, but this was one of the worst we have ever stayed at! Glad we were only staying one night!

New hotel so everything was clean. Comfy beds, great staff, fast wifi, and quick breakfast that's more than just carbs. Near the casino too.

Good standard holiday inn express Newer rooms, decent breakfast with a large eating area and seating options. Pool is closed permanently I guess. Very friendly staff. Just nothing special to earn the extra star.
