Was shuttled from the airport to the hotel very quickly. Staff were so nice and inviting. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping needs improvement. But overall i had a great stay

I'm sure there are better hotels than this!. I was just walking through the parking lot minding my own business. Had not said a word to anyone or touched anything and some security guy comes out asking me for ID. Then he radio's each letter of my name with a word or another name like cops typically do. Well it's PAYBACK TIME NOW!. Just for that you get one star!. That being said it was a while back so didn't write this when it happened, I write them as or if I can remember them. But I was not happy about this! Now look below, bet it's going to be a copy and paste apology just like all the other bad reviews! Place is a Joke!

Nice hotel. Been here a number of times to visit my son in School. Comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to the mall and several schools.

Quick shuttle response. Courteous, professional and helpful staff. Rooms seem to be newly furnished with nice done bathrooms. The walls and carpeting make the room look dingy though the rooms were very clean. The one perk for me was Legal Seafood Restaurant is next door!

This is one of the better hotels in the Providence area. Nice rooms, clean and fresh! Located near the airport, it convenient. Also note that it has direct ties with Johnson & Wales University, so you may get a discount if you have a student there! Great stay! Comfortable beds!

Nice hotel for being downtown right next to the airport. Very friendly staff who recommended great restaurants to go to that were nearby overlooking water. Shower head was dismal at best. Staff said they would look at it. Bed seemed old. Pillows were very stiff. But if you need to stay near the airport not a bad place to stay

Always great service to our family. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Entire staff was great with presence of small children. Always use hotel and their airport long term parking with shuttle. Always been great experience overall.

Good was good, but there wasn't enough, so we had to wait for more to come. Sound system was great! Temperature was perfect. Staff wasn't very friendly.

Loved the customer service and the spacious suite!! Very comfortable bed!! Great jet tub. So relaxing especially after a day of training seminars!
