Bed was hard as stone, could not connect to WiFi even with staffs assistance. This is a 180 degree change from my stay last year.
Staff is friendly and helpful. But issues could not be resolved. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in, ended up on the couch. Was glad I got an upgrade to a suite or I would have spent the night in a chair.
$200/night to not sleep, nope. Never again.
The local manager was apologetic and did send me a voucher for a free nights stay so I have to modify my rating to consider the customer service experience. Added 2 starsresponse / report this review -

Room was fine. I didn't take advantage of the hotel's amenities, just slept. The room was clean and comfortable; had the separate sleeping and sitting rooms, which was wasted on me as I was traveling alone. But, my brother found it handy; he set his toddler up in the bedroom with the door closed, and was able to sleep on the pullout couch and watch TV.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was wonderful and the room could not have been better. They also have a great breakfast in the morning before you head out.

Good clean room. Plenty big enough. Breakfast is great there. They messed my stay up and tried to say I only booked one night when I had the confirmation for 2 then was charged for 3 nights. Other then that it was a great stay.

Clean, normal Hampton breakfast and their bananas were exceptionally good. Friendly staff who made the cookies great! The workout facility is smaller than normal, with not much moving around room and only one treadmill. The other downside is that it's a longer hotel with elevators at both ends, but it would be mildly inconvenient to be placed in the middle. Location is great next to a Planet Fitness, fast food and grocery store.

Very comfortable beds Great fitness center (the best I've been to).. decent free breakfast Wonderful to go bags if you don't have time. Cookies when you arrive Great friendly, helpful staff. No complaints

The two staff members I had contact with were above and beyond to assist me . Friendly knowledgeable and A plus representatives. Kayla and Kelli deserve the recognition as star performers who do their job above and beyond with a smile and no hesitation.
