place is good.. staff here are friendly. Facility doesn't have a fitness/gym. Though they have a tie up with a local Gym, the staff aren't aware of this. Breakfast : though is mentioned in the offerings, is very limited and always out of stock. I would rate this a 4* for the pleasant attitude of the staff.

Best place I have stayed in Rhode Island. Jenn (the manager) goes above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as she can possibly make it.

Nice place stayed there for about 6 months for work. All the staff were extremely friendly and nice. Quiet place. Dunkin doughnuts and a gas station is right next door. Plenty of places to eat around all within walking distant and there also daves super market. Only down side its just a basic hotel. No amenities.

I've been here since end of May 2016. I feel like they are trying to get us to leave. Every time we let the front desk know a problem they just blow me off. I think they have a tv up front so they don't hear the noise. Some employees are nice and are NOT. People are smoking and loud out front of building, banging need door and/or upstairs, or barking to long. We can't complain cause they just get mad and have attitudes the rest of the stay.

Nice place to stay on a budget. Very close to all basic amenities. Front desk staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Their rooms have a kitchen which is convenient. But this can be a problem if the people living in adjacent rooms cook stuff that smells
