Disappointed in my experience here - the staff was fine, the oatmeal good, used environment friendly materials, the pool water was cold, the TV service in transition so NBC wasn't available.

My family stayed here because we were having our floors refinished. We live locally. Our first night, when we finally quieted down for the evening , there was an incessant banging. My husband, myself, and my 12 year old son could not fall asleep. (This is a business centric hotel, so it's not cheap!) We asked to switch rooms at about 10pm. The employee at the desk was not friendly or empathetic to the situation. We were able to switch rooms, but the level of apathy was, at best, upsetting. We made reservations that night to go to another hotel. We were done. The next morning (after packing up again) I told the person at the desk why we were checking out early (the plan was 3 nights). She was super nice and apologized for the rude behavior of the evening employee I was like "damn, that's all I was looking for last night! thank you!" She didn't stop there. She insisted we talk to the manager. The manager, Eddie, turned out to be amazing, and sat with us to find out what happened. He turned an extremely frustrating experience around 100%, and he should be recognized for that. We even stayed an extra night! Also, the beds are super comfortable, and breakfast was good.

This hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. No cable TV. No HBO. Bed sagged like an old hammock. Had to leave the place. Avoid it. Several other good options in the area

Nice size rooms (suite) with firm bed a television. Breakfast was out and ready at 6 am and it had variety. Overall clean and helpful front desk. No complaints

The room was what you would expect. Not amazing but did the job. The breakfast was ok though it was free so that was good.

On a business trip, I stopped in to this place and I couldnt have been happier with the decision.
The hotel is a bit modern, the rooms are decently sized and offer features that make it a little easier to work and enjoy your trip. There is a pull out desk that can be moved where ever you'd like for comfort while you work.
The gym is small but offers two treadmills, an elliptical, and a variety of weights, and a TV.
I left my make-up out while I went to work and when I returned the hospitality staff had noticed and left me make up removal wipes. The towels were refolded, and added more little bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
