Stayed one night. Hotel under renovations. Free breakfast and wifi and rooms were BEAUTIFUL. overall, was a great stay! Would recommend others to stay and I would return again

Under renovation right now so the first floor looks kinda messybut who cares the room is super nice and clean (got a new Room) in the 5th floor, free wifi, parking and breakfast. 20 mins drive from Disney amd 25 from Universal Studio..best part.got a great pricedefinitely recommend it.

Hotel is being remodeled. We got the new room. I like new modern and practical design. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great it has big selection.

Kinda became home during Irma. The rooms were clean & the staff was amazingly accommodating!
Thankyou to everyone that works there!Did my marshmallow cookies ever fall from vending machine?
My little white dog Buster is grateful too that you welcomed him only wish other dog owners picked up after their dogs did their duties. They ruin it for people like us!

The people here are great. My mother was down there during the hurrricane, I called from up north and they were very helpful with accommodating her. I would recommend this hotel because they really try to make their customers happy. Mom says the breakfast was gret and she slept wonderful. Thank you to the staff!!!

Good place. Nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, eggs a bit dry. No outlet between beds unless you unit the lamp or phone. Other than that it's all good.

Would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled stay from June 23-26, 2017. After 2nd night, woke with extensive bed bug bites, welts and swelling. Went to walk-in clinic and needed prescription for pain and swelling (over $100 for clinic, prescription, and other medications). Told hotel and they changed our room, but asked that we move right away so they could clean room (for next guest). They did not at all seem surprised or that they were going to disinfect/fumigate room before next guests. Woke with additional bites after night in new room as well. When discussed with manager, he credited a few nights of stay, but did not seem to care/ask any clarifying questions about room number, etc. and said "this happens."

Stay was pretty good overall, but the building definitely has an overall smell to it. I also found that the shower was a bit frustrating to use. I think this location is due for some updating, it was absolutely acceptable, but there was definitely an element that needed Improvement.

Everything was clean. The staff at the front desk was nice and very helpful. It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast staff encouraged my son to eat and gave him a goody bag. It's hard to get to if you are on the other side of the highway. There was a person in a neighboring room that had his music too loud one morning.

Good experience. Room was nice. There was a microwave, mini fridge, & coffee maker in the room. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked well. Free breakfast was typical fare, but worked for our needs. Staff was top notch. The location isn't the best, but I never felt unsafe. No extra blankets in room, so you might want to bring your own if you tend to get cold. Only real complaint was that under the dust skirts could be cleaned a little better; when checking for dropped legos we found quite a bit of food.

Great stay. Breakfast was not as good as most Express breakfasts have been. Room was super clean. AC worked good. Friendly staff. Very accommodating.
