My home-away-from-home! Perfect place to stay with all the modern conveniences of home. My family lives to stay here during our Disney vacations.

We got a 2-bedroom apartment. Everything was provided, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchenette, and even a jacuzzi hot tub at the balcony. The house was very clean. The surrounding was peaceful and beautiful. But you may want a car to move around because there's a 20-minute from the main road into the resort area.

Beautiful place, well equipped with plenty of luxurious amenities. Be sure to rent a car to really get around the huge compound. The staff here are friendly and always willing to help.

Nice little spot. Not overly fun for kids. Small arcade with some old games. Small basic playground. Very clean resort. All staff seem very friendly. Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and Disney.

Amazing place. Clean and helpful staff. The townhomes have so much room and there was a hot tub in the back patio! Will definitely be there again on my next trip.

We stayed there for three days and enjoyed the cleanliness. The staff was polite and very welcoming. The only concern is the lack of service after midnight like maintenance with locks and issues after hours.

Highly Recommend. We are back from a four days in CLC Encantada Resort - Kissimmee, where we stayed like a five stars resort. On arrival we were stayed in one villa with amazing view, and from there on everything was just perfect, clean, organized. We had a 3 bed town house on secret lake drive. The house was lovely and exactly as they are in the pictures. We couldn't fault the resort at all and would definitely return on our next trip. The clubhouse had all you could expect in regards to gym, play zone, internet cafe (we also had Internet access in the house for free). All the staff were really lovely and willing to go above and beyond expectations.I want to make special mention to the general manager, he is an extremely diligent, kind, very professional and human person. Fully understands the needs of its guests and always offers a solution to any topic. He was always when we needed it, I saw him personally doing tasks of all kinds in the short time I was there. He is a reasonable person. The company should offer him a superior position, it has many strengths that make it the best resort manager I have ever met. My evaluation is 10 out of 10 if I could evaluate him. Congratulations on his attitude to constant change and the environment.
We arrived at the resort with low expectation, but left the resort with the best expectation we have had. We did not go on vacation this time, we went because we had to evacuate from South Florida by Hurricane Irma.
We are sure that our next vacation will be booking this resort.
One, for the facilities.
Two, for the great attention of the hotel staff (including the general manager).
Three, the resort are close to all Disney attractions.

Very nice vacation condo/home community. We had family that have stayed here and we were impressed by the accommodations, as well as the location to Walt Disney World. These are condo units, so you are right in top of your neighbors (everything is close to each other). Our children have enjoyed not having to share the pool with strangers. There are rules just like any hotel/resort. Some of these are take out your garbage dailey, no wet swimsuits on the furniture (common sense), no adjusting the a.c. temperature, etc. Overall, we are happy with our stay. We have a couple more days here. I will update this when we are done with this portion of our vacation.

Family of six staying in a 3 bedroom condo for one week. Condos are close to Disney and Universal Studios. Condos are clean and in a gated community, near grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Each condo has private patio with Jacuzzi. All rooms have a closet with small dresser, towels and small toiletries provided. Full size washer and dryer with laundry basket. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, silverware, and pots and pans. Property also has a clubhouse with resturant and pool.

Never again will I stay at this property. Took more than 20 minutes to check me in while my family tired from a long flight waited in the car. Bathrooms are small & smell moldy. Agent tried to wake us up by calling our room early one day to sell us a home, when I didn't answer, agent interrupted our vacation by knocking on our door, pretending she was checking on our stay but in fact she was trying to sale us a home on the property. Pool is old and small, kids play area is ridiculous. Its in a very old poor bad area. Came to the room one night only to find a snake in front of our door. No service at all. Baby crib was old, damaged, torn and stains all over it. Baby crib was so bad I had to drive to store middle of the night to buy a new one.

I liked this place so much I ended up staying an extra night. The unit was super clean and completely stocked with everything I needed. Kim is absolutely amazing and I will definitely come back and stay again. If you have a large family like mine then look no more this is the resort for you !!! Looking forward to many more vacations here
