I'm pretty excited for Greenberg's growth into Disney. We stayed this past weekend at Ft.Wilderness in the Trailblazer, and let me just tell you, it was a "home away from home" experience. Not once did we feel burdened to eat at the parks because we had a stove and fridge in the camper. Not once did we have to worry about trekking back and forth to the comfort station to use the shower or restroom(unless we had to do laundry). The bed in the master was super comfortable, the bunks were comfortable(no complaints from kiddos) and the couch was nice to sit on. We did not get to experience the table bed(maybe next time). We really felt at home the entire time, and felt that the rates were very reasonable compared to other Orlando area based companies like Matt's. We had no issues with the A/C(MAKE SURE TO NOT GO BELOW 70; ample air flow through camper the entire stay, no issues). Water was hot without having to flip the switch for propane. We had one issue with the door knob in the bathroom falling off, but I took pics upon arrival to show the condition, and if asked, I have them. But I wasn't asked for them. Instead after a quick chat, I was assured I wouldn't be charged for it, which made me happy, because it was lose before us. THATS ANOTHER THING, if you call for something, and your call is missed, your call is usually returned either the same day(depending on time and severity) or the next day when they open. I would recommend Greenberg to anyone looking for a way to stay "close to the magic" it was worry free from start to finish.
P.S. Thanks for the lawn chairs, fan, and rug. It was super nice to have while the weather was nice.

Edit: There are complaints about the camper not being dropped off by a certain time, Disney's check in time is 3:00, so they can't do anything about what Disney is controlling. Take a chill pill. Enjoy your vacation☺️

The president of Greenberg takes care of his business in every detail. All staff is so pleasant and friendly. If you have any problem, they help you no matter what time it is. I really enjoyed my stay at Fort Wilderness because of their company. The trailer was clean, fully equipped and children-friendly ;-) I'm sure it wasn't my last time with Greenberg. I will come back and spend another amazing time with my family.

Camper is clean and as pictured on the website. When we arrived the camper was set up in a different location of the campground then what we had reserved, we were supposed to have towels for a family of 5, but only enough for 4 people were in camper. We tried to call twice and emailed once about lot location and towel issue, it took almost 8 hours to get an email response. Many attempts through phone and email were made on day 2 of our trip and again we had a very difficult time getting a live person. Thankfully, Disney helped and reached Greenberg for us (they could easily reach a live person). The camper was relocated on our 3rd day of our reservation, no extra towels yet though. I would rate higher if camper had been in reserved section of campground we planned on from day 1 and we could actually reach a real person during business hours.

I have, in the past, referred several customers to this business since both myself and my parents have used them during the last several years. Unfortunately, this past year I did not receive the same service that I have in the past. I have tried to correct this with the business themselves to no avail.

My camper was dropped off timely on the date requested and the driver was very helpful. However, upon trying to light the hot water heater that evening I discovered it did not function properly. I attempted to call the office hoping for an emergency service number, but the voicemail directed me to send an email which I promptly did. This was around 8 pm so I didn't necessarily expect a response right away, but it would have been nice to take a hot shower. I also sent a text message to the representative I had been communicating with earlier in the day.

The next morning I received a text back from the representative giving me a YouTube tutorial on how to work the unit. I explained that it was not user error and I'm very familiar with how travel trailers work as I have owned them in the past. They stated they would send a driver by to look at it. The driver came and stated he had fixed it, however he was told directly that the water heater would light but not stay lit.

Long story short after I complained 3 days in a row (of my 6 day rental) they finally sent a technician who discovered there was a faulty part which needed to be replaced.

In my discussion with the office representative I asked several times for the manager to contact me, as I felt some partial refund was in order considering I went 4 days without hot water. (apparently they believe cold showers are a thing) I have never received a response from anyone else after they picked up the unit.

I understand that things can go wrong with equipment, but I feel the company should have better responded to my needs and also offered to make me whole with a partial refund of my money.

STAY FAR AWAY! THIS IS A WARNING TO FUTURE RENTERS

Back in 2014 when we first found Matt and Greenberg Rent A Camper we hit the jackpot. Amazing customer service and quick response from the owner himself. We continued to rent from him since everything was great. We tried 6 different campers from him and all were great until this last experience we just had on the 23rd. Our vacation in ft. wilderness was reserved from the 22nd to the 27th. So we proceeded to setup our reservation with Matt. Due to a birthday party we had on Saturday we were not able to get to the campsite until the next day around 10am on Sunday. Once we got there and we walked in the camper was completely tilted to one side and the TV in the living room was not working. We went ahead and contacted Matt. Yes they sent someone out within minutes but its simply because we caught them picking up another rental at the time so the employee came over to try and fix the situation. He leveled out the camper which i'm not sure was missed when it was originally set up then continued to try and figure out what was wrong with the TV. He could not figure it out so the office manager Marlene came to try and troubleshoot the problem who was also lost about what to do. Mind you this should of all been checked the day the camper was dropped off but apparently according to Marlene the manager she said the new guy is scared of reporting problems at drop off because he doesn't want to get in trouble. These were her exact words. After she couldn't get it fixed and almost 2 hours later they were in a rush to go remove another camper from a site so they had me call ft wilderness to have them check the line outside while they went to do something else. During this time I didnt think the owner knew what was going on so I messaged him on FB and he replied immediately confused thinking my issue was resolved. So he proceeds to head over to the campsite himself to fix the problem. He gets there and troubleshoots with no resolution but to change the TV. He leaves another worker to do the job while he takes off to another camper. This was the slowest TV installation I have ever seen in my life, I was literally sitting in the living room watching this guy change the TV while my wife and dog sat in our truck waiting. It is not 4PM and we have wasted our entire day with this. The owner gets back after the new TV was installed and it is still not working. So his solution was to install some cheap antennae to get me like 5 channels that worked, the other 30 channels were had so much static that they could not be watched. He didn't even wait around for the scan to finish to check and make sure the signal was good. At this point me and my wife are beyond frustrated considering the amount of money we spent to rent this camper and campsite.. We got fed up and decided this would not ruin our vacation so we checked out and got a refund from Disney on the remaining nights and golf cart rental we also paid for. We were literally in the camper for 6 hours and 4 of those 6 hours they were trying to fix these issues. I told Matt after leaving the decision we made and that I wanted a full refund for all the trouble. Well he refused to speak with me and kept telling me his office manager would contact me. Well she finally emailed me yesterday offering me half of my money back as a voucher for a future rental. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! And their way of handling this was completely unacceptable. I went ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card and will get my money back that way.

This has been the worst experience with this company especially for the premium price were paying of almost 350 per night with the cost of the camper and campsite. This would NEVER happen at a 5 star hotel which is where were staying now.
Huge waste of time and I WARN EVERYBODY TO STAY AWAY!

I can't begin to thank Marlena and Greenberg Campers enough for this wonderful experience we just had in reserving a camper for our family reunion this coming May. Marlena was so caring considerate helpful and extremely pleasantI truly enjoyed talking and working with her.. What an asset to Greenberg Campers! We have used Greenberg 3 yrs ago when my husband and I brought 6 of our grandchildren to Fort Wilderness..
They had so much fun they still talk about it and that's why we are doing it again in May and using Greenberg Campers! They are fantastic and we feel very blessed to have chose them. .
I know it will be great again. My daughter has already reserved a camper with them and my 2 sons will be doing the same shortly.. Thank you Greenberg Campers for helping our reunion plans run smoothlySincerely and thankful..Virginia Sweitzer

Great camper at a reasonable price. I am going to give 5 stars because I truly enjoyed the camper and will rent from them again. However I want to bring up a point that others may experience. There communication rating would be a 2/5 this was my first time using this company and I had sent a confirmation email to them asking that they let me know we are all set two days prior to arrival and I was not given a response. This made me nervous I also sent a text message as well as left a voicemail the morning of still no response. We head to Disney hoping we would actually have a camper upon arrival. About 30 minutes before arrival we were finally able to get a hold of someone. It did cause a little bit of stress prior to the visit however, we were assured they have since made some office changes to prevent this from happening again. So I assume this will no longer be a concern. The camper arrived right away on the early side of their delivery window which was excellent! They came and set it it all up, including an outdoor rug, chairs, table cloth, outdoor fan, as well as some cute outdoor decor. We loved that! Inside was cold AC running, soaps, towels, beds made, cute table decor, and the TVs on Disney channel! You literally have to do nothing!! The kitchen was fully stacked with utensils, cups, plates and even a lighter Just bring your bags and relax! We rented the Sun Seeker and it was Beautiful!!! The gentleman who was setting up and picking up the camper was great! We will be a returning customer! We also had friends with us who also rented from Greenberg RV at the site next to us and they also have a great experience. Highly recommend this company and totally worth the extra $ to have them deliver and set up.
