Convenient and much cheaper than all the other options

Vacation started with a very "used" room: carpet old and ripped, smelled of smoke (yet when I called they denied it), ripped couches, hair on bathroom floor and sheets on master bed,..
No washcloths for kitchens, no soap, no hotel amenities other than a bar of soap.
Then the best is they started mowing the lawn at 7am. We are cutting our stay here a night short to get some rest in a clean room. I wouldn't recommend it. The price was reasonable but I would never stay here again.response / report this review -

Nice house very small pool. There was a house party behind us with lots of people. There was a fight, shots fired, police called in with a helicopter over head. This was at 2 am. With all the noise we couldn't sleep. Lasted about 3 hours. We won't be going back. This was supposed to be a secure neighborhood. We did not feel safe there.

Have stayed here twice now. Nice place, close to many attractions. Community pool is large and clean. They charge $10 for internet if you need to print boarding passes which was kind of steep in my opinion.

Very nice place to stay close to Disney!! We love it there, much cheaper than hotels and definitely much cheaper than staying on property. Huge heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse and tiki bar.

we got a week here and we loved it! The pool, playground, movie theater were all surprising and awesome benefits! The staff was very helpful. There's an arcade as well. My kids never wanted to leave

Bugs!! Noise!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The units have bugs in them. The other residents are extremely loud and when you complain to the resort managers, they say they can't do anything and you have to call the police. The "guard" at the gate does nothing and cannot leave the guard shack or help with any issues on the property. My family and I are exhausted because it is impossible to sleep with the noise. Also, we have had constant ants, spiders, and horse flies infesting the unit. Do not waste your vacation here! You will be miserable!

Very clean and tidy place. Lots of parking space for everyone! The community boast a clubhouse where the staff are very friendly. Here you will find a convenience store, game arcade, gym, pool and jacuzzi, childrens wading area and play area, a Tiki bar, basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court and even a movie theater! A great place for family vacations and very close to Disney World. Fireworks of Hollywood Studios can be seen depending where your apartment is located. Also the security is very strict here.

After staying in nightmare hotels, this was one of the best places I've stayed!
We had a 3 bedroom condo for a week that we rented. It had a screened in balcony and decently stocked kitchen. It also had a washer and dryer, but we were only supplied with detergent for one or 2 loads. We also had to end up buying toilet paper mid week as well. But other than that it was pretty nice. There wasn't a lot of noise, so it was relaxing. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.
They have a game room in the club house as well as a store, restaurant/bar, and a movie theater! They will take requests if you or your kids want to see a certain movie while you're there. And you can bring food and drink in the theater with you. The bartenders here are the best staff this place has! Super friendly, nice, and patient. And make great drinks and will make recommendations in the are for you if you ask.
Make sure you have all your paperwork and every member has their ID when you check in. The security here is on it! Which is nice in this gated community. The first couple,e times in and out you can get a little turned around, but it's pretty easy to find the one entrance/exit to the place.
It was a great relaxing, clean location and I would definitely stay here again!response / report this review
