When we first checked in after hours they gave us the wrong size wrong. We reserved a regular and the gave us a studio which lacks a full oven, whirlpool tub, and a significant amount of floor space. When the issue was brought to their attention the promptly switched rooms

Place is dirty and old. The rooms seem to be from the 1960’s. I haven’t seen these type of TVs for at least 40 years. I don’t remember the last time I saw a TV with a TUBE screen and displaying snow on the screen. This is like going back in time. Extremely dirty, kitchen with bugs, disgusting silverware. Bathtub is so dirty that is impossible to take a shower, it is full of stains and some red marks we couldn’t find out what they were. The sofa bed was impossible to use. There are holes on the walls. See pictures below.
I cannot understand how a resort so close to Disney with such of high traffic, and always fully booked, can be so destroyed. I wonder were the money goes. It is certain it is not used to up keep the property.
This place used to be Celebration World Resort. Once Festiva took over, there was hope that the new management was going to make the place better. But it has been kept the same. Old equipment, dirty rooms and poor customer service.response / report this review -

The room was very clean. The grounds were on the other hand not so clean. The outdoor of our room was very dirty. There were skills and trash around the outside of the hotel stairs and hall ways. I think maintenance could have done a better job with that. I would give it a 7 out of 10 review.

This is a condo resort. Family oriented and about 6 miles to Disney. The staff is amazing. Lauren made sure that everything that could be taken care of was. We really enjoyed our time there. Count Dracula, especially enjoyed his first trip away from home! We felt like we had a 1 bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi tub in our bedroom. We had a full size refrigerator, oven, range, above the range was the microwave. We also had a full size dishwasher, and stacked washer/dryer.
This is a pet friendly resort. It was convenient to have the poles with the baggies, right next to trash cans. Personally, we always carry our own bags anyway, as Count is a Great Dane Service Animal. The bags supplied are for much smaller dogs. Everyone on the staff must have been made aware of Count Dracula's status because no one gave us any grief for having a larger pet. This was another really nice touch, I am certain that Lauren saw to.
They have a really interesting pool with no stairs and an out door spa. I noticed shuffle board in one area & horse shoes in another. They also have a track that goes around a little lake.
They're conveniently located to grocery stores & restaurant Delivery plus pick up.
We especially want to make certain that you understand that is one of those rare places that the staff truly appreciates you and makes you feel welcome.response / report this review -

Needs some up keep, bathroom especially. Tiles were falling apart in the shower and the shower door was warped and would not close. Place was decently clean. Far enough fr the parks to drive everyday, but not far enough to seems to be trouble.

This was probably the worst place, I've ever stay in, besides the room being dusty, furniture old and outdated, roaches was crawling everywhere. To top that I have bed bugs bites all over my body. There were dog poop on staircase for days. No one even attempted to clean it up. When you flushed the toilet it made a loud and terrible sounding noise. I could not sleep because I was getting bit all night long. Did not enjoy this stay and I will never, never stay here again. I will let my family, friends, co-workers and my Church members know to stay far away from this place unless they want to encounter the same.

We got the 2 bedroom room and it's very nice! Everything is clean and modern except the TV in the main room, which appears to be a relic from the 80's. Pool area is perfect and grounds are well maintained. Happy to stay here!

The rooms at Festiva are pretty good especially for the rate. We reserved the rooms through afvc. If going to Disney the resort is in a great location but a little further away from universal and the others.

Each condominium has high end amenities-upscale! The resort is conveniently located near popular attractions: theme parks, shows, dancing, fine dining and cocktails. The staff was very courteous and helpful. This is definitely a preferred accommodation for me.

Quiter ambiance but not a fan of the room furniture. Sofa bed was not too comfy as a sofa. Housekeeping only happened before we arrived - no daily housekeeping /cleaning. Size wise it's nice 1 bedroom condo with balcony. Kitchen had basic utensils, laundry+dryer worked. AC somehow can use some servicing. We could hear our next door neighbors - good thing they were not really noisy.
