The rooms were big and clean. The hotel was restfully quiet. The bath tub was large and deep. However the water did not get very hot. It was nice.

Held my dad's 60th birthday party here. Full kitchen DOES NOT include an oven!!! It was a surprise, with my siblings and I coming from out of state. We needed to cook the food we were bringing. BUT, the hotel allowed us to use their kitchen. Everything worked out swimmingly (speaking of which, the pool was heated and lovely!), so I was very happy with the visit.

We met for a group meeting and the room was great. The facilities was very clean and comfortable. It was also quiet.

Everything was great. Conveniently located close to the airport. Breakfast was good, a step above the typical hot hotel breakfast.

Staff was very nice. My kids LOVED that it had a basketball half-court and pool table. The downside - the hotel could use some work. The showers did not have liners, shower curtains were broken on both ends, and lots of little things were broken throughout hotel such as the arrows were broken and taped in the elevators. Also ice machine did not work on the first floor.

Great room. Very spacious, close to airport. Short drive for food or has kitchen to make food. Happy hour from 5 to 7. Good place to stay.

Clean, modern room with plenty of space. Nice proximity to the airport but did not spread to be in the flight path so it was quiet.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The suites are very comfortable and the kitchens are so well equipped with everything you could possible needbetter probably than most people's kitchens. But now for the best partthe staff. When customer service was invented they had the staff here in mind. Starting with the front desk, Dave, the evening and night manager, another little gir named during the day whose name I can't remember, Maria who oversaw the free breakfast. Raul and his father Fernando the courtesy van drivers, the housekeeping staff, and last but not least the wonderful Erin-Lynn who was also a courtesy van driver but Oh, so much more. She bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasure. There were about 15-20 of us who came in from all parts of the country for a surprise birthday party and Erin-Lynn was like the conductor of the orchestra. She seemed like she was there 24-hrs a day because any questions we had she was there to answer, make suggestions for our entertainment with a beautiful beaming smile. I have never stayed at a hotel (and I have stayed at hotels all over the world from the most basic economical one star to luxury five star) with this level of superlative customer service.

The honors room was very spacious, it had a living room with a small kitchen tucked in the corner and another room with the beds and bathroom. There are some places near by that you can order food from which is great after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was pretty standard and the staff were very nice. Overall, it's a great place if you're staying the night in Dallas and need to catch a flight in the morning
