Great hotel. Friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast. Coffee and tea in the lobby available 24/7. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport as well as restaurants and shops within 5 miles.

This hotel is dated compared to other Fairfields but it's a clean hotel and comfortable nonetheless. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I usually stay here when I can get a good deal and I've enjoyed myself each time.

Very nice staff. Easy on and off the interstate. Pleasant experience all around. I can't give a full review because I just came in at 9pm and left early for a flight, but the few hours I was there everything was great!

We have made accommodations a few times at this particular Marriott, for the staff always is very friendly and welcoming! We like this location as it is 10 minutes away from the airport and for 5 dollars a day, you can leave your car here and they will even shuttle you to and from the Hotel/Airport.
The hotel Marriott is no one of their fancy properties, but it's always been spot on, clean rooms and offer many amenities for the business traveler.

This is a nice hotel in the Marriott chain with affordable rates. Very friendly staff and their breakfast is adequate. They had 2 big bottles of water waiting in the refrigerator, that was a huge plus for me. I will definitely stay hete again if I go to the DFW area

Comfortable hotel very convenient for DFW travel. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel was average on amenities, but did have a pool. Good for staying before a flight.

Very friendly staff! Everyone made us feel welcome. The manager helped us to check in at 8 am and have breakfast even though the regular check-in time is supposed to be 3 pm. The breakfast was amazing with variety. There is the 24-hour free shuttle to the airport. Jo, the driver, is really friendly and punctual. The room was clean and the bed was so soft. The AC worked well and the amenity was great as well. I have to come back to this place next time to stay.

This hotel was exactly as described. The rooms were clean and the layout was efficient. All of the staff were polite and helpful.

The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was pleasant and prompt.

I went out for supper but the hotel has a little "tuck shop" with frozen and shelf stable food, and I saw quite a few delivery drivers from local restaurants, so if you're without a car or too tired to go out there are options.

The complimentary soaps etc were all Paul Mitchell.

My bed was very comfortable and clean. I slept very well. There was an alarm clock in the room as week as a real hairdryer (not one of those mounted to the wall toys some chains try to pass off as a hairdryer!)

The complimentary breakfast buffet was more than just the usual bagels and cereal. There was a waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and boiled eggs. Although my breakfast was on a Sunday and I only stayed one night so I am unsure if the weekday spread was as elaborate.

I guess my only complaint is that there wasn't a directory for the TV channels.

The hotel and staff do an amazing job making our groups feel welcome and at home. They go above and beyond to make their stay a great experience. Kellie is a fantastic general manager and works hard to accommodate all of our group reservation needs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Soooo this got a 1 star because well, one star. One lady on staff gave bad impression. Lied to me about the ATM saying it was broken when I tried for another go and it worked. Pool too small. Pool dirty. Water was too wet. The bed frame was just wood on the wall. Shower was too wet. Expensive snacks. Overall ? Ehh.

One lady in particular was being very rude and strict about everything . She told our group there was no splashing IN THE POOL? She needs to be trained more properly, and then she couldn't even break my twenty. Besides that the cleaning staff was good.
