This place is supposed to be new
the breakfast was subpar

I really wanted to give them 4.5 stars but I can't. So I'll give them 5 because the deduction isn't really their fault.
The east side of the building faces a truck stop so you get to hear air brakes and horns randomly, but not so bad that you'd notice constantly and not enough to wake you up. It's just something you notice on occasion.
People are really nice, the room was clean, and there are several places within walking distance to grab a quick bite to eat.response / report this review -

We were booked here for a soccer tournament on April 13-5. Due to really bad weather coming the tournament canceled at the last minute. We tried to cancel and not be charged. They refused and charged us full price for Friday night. Beware when making a reservation here, you can not cancel. Even though our reservation confirmation stated that we had until 6pm on Friday, April 13 to cancel. We were told they would not honor it. You are suppose to honor what is on you confirmation. Corporate will not help, they blame it on the individual hotels and the hotels blame cooperate. I called to speak to someone and was, treated rudely. They even hung up on me when I asked for corporates number, because they did not have it. We travel a lot for soccer and personal- I have never been treated this way. If it out of your control all other hotels have been very helpful, but not this one!!! I really did not want to even give it one star but I am forced to be able to post.

The rooms were alright got good tv service and the handicapped room was nice and spacious. The room service was reliable and the restraunts around were afordable.

Great, clean hotel. Friendly staff and very reasonable rates. Continental breakfast and a small place to purchase goods you may have left at home or frozen dinners or snacks. Large eating area.

I was greeted kindly upon entering the building. Check in was easy. Hotel looks newly renovated. Room was clean and furniture looked new. Air conditioner worked great and quietly. Nice shower and bathroom. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Overall great stay.

The room was very nice. It had extras including a keurig machine, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was very good with a good many choices. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay, excellent place to rent for classes and professional events. I host classes more than four times a year here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Location is poorly selected. My room was next to a Pilot Truck Stop. Truck engines and air brakes all night. Won't stay there again. Charged way more than the room and location was worth.

There are improvements needed and maintenance concerns to be addressed. Whenever I see things like the photos included in this review, it makes me concerned about the cleanliness of the place in which I slept. At the rates being charged, certainly the maintenance crew can address.
Yes, the spider was found dead in the morning on the top of the a/c unit. The shower needed some grout work and mildew removed. The details make a difference!
The breakfast was so-so and pretty standard amongst hotels/ motels. I do believe the quality could be improved.response / report this review -

This hotel is a true value. Nice clean and comfortable room, fair price, and fantastic breakfast! The woman running the breakfast room was amazingly efficient and hard-working. Everyone working there seemed friendly. I hope all HIS are like this!

The room was perfect. We received complimentary soda such as Coke and cookies. We also had breakfast which k have to say they have the best Cinnamon rolls. We were on the top floor and at the very end which was very quiet. Made sleeping very peaceful.

Very nice hotel! Rooms were clean and up to date. Fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker. Beds were comfy! The BEST thing was that there was a washer and dryer for guests to use for free! There was only one of each on the first floor, so I'm not sure if each floor had them, but I imagine when the hotel gets pretty full it might be difficult to get a chance to use them. The breakfast area was huge with lots of choices: eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, warm cinnamon rolls, yogurt, cereal, and so much more. Awesome stay.
