Two queen bed room for 52 bucks. Motel 6 quality. Pillow top mattresses. Very nice tile shower. Very pleasant people working there. Breakfast is scrambled eggs, eggo waffles, cereal, toast etc. We will stay here in the future. No problems. Saw the local cop drive around the hotel patrolling when we were checking in. Quiet area, quiet hotel. One exit west to main drag, restaurants etc.

Weekly rates are out of this world for the poor condition of the rooms. Dirty walls, dirty bathrooms, peeling walls and yes let's not for get the occasional roach. Towels that are given are all riped or has holes in them. The pool has peeling sides and of course no water in it. Doesn't look like there's been water in it for sometime from the looks of the weeds that are over grown around it. I also even found a hypodermic syringe in the parking lot. Check out the photos because I will be adding them.
I do product and business reviews and I have to say this place should be closed down. It's horrible!

This is one of those places that the rooms are more commonly rented on a weekly or monthly basis. With that in mind its not completely unbearable. You do have access to a washer and dryer, and the location is convenient with interest access and Cookeville being a large consumer city.

It's just a cheap motel but the front desk clerk was nice and the non-smoking room was not smelly. Clean enough and quiet. So far, so good.

Horrible place !! Charged $10 more for paying with cash. Mattresses were disgusting. Bathroom from an abandoned house Just terrible. Luckily I only needed a few hours sleep to continue driving. Used my own pillow and sleeping bag

We will never stay at this place again! The room was a mess! We found broken needles (rigs). in the floor and it was just a fing mess!! I wish there was an option for a half star cause that is all I would give! It wasn't even time to check out yet it was about 945 a.m. And the cleaning people didn't even knock just came right in, it was about 30 min. Later they came back rushing us out we still had plenty of time till check out . The cleaners are just plain rude.

Place is horrible. There were roaches in my room and friend stayed in the other room and she had bed bugs in hers. There was also mold in my shower on the ceiling. Floors were nasty and I looked under the bed and there were still little stuff under them from pass customers. The old man is really rude, charged me because there was a missing towel and we did not even use their towels, and he acts like he does not want to be there. He also tried to charge my friend for a hole in the wall when it was there when they got the room. Friend fought it and caught him on the scam. The younger man is really nice and very accommodating. He helped us a lot. If you go, go during the late afternoon/night while he is there. The showers have really good pressure and is hot.

This place is so nasty! They over charge you. Give you nasty u healthy rooms and when you want your money to go to somewhere else he will refuse to give it to you!! So many people evacuating from hurricane Irma gets here and gets this terrible treat me. False advertisement. Has thing on their site of what you should expect and when you get here it's totally different. Rat poop, roaches and black mode. Unsanitary things on your sheets. Rips and tears in the blanket. Disgusting thing on the toilet seat.no thank you!!.save yourself the hassle, the headache and the money! Go somewhere else. If I could rate lower I would!!!!

Do not stay here! Half of their rooms are renovated and the other half are falling apart. I wanted a non-smoking room, but they put us in a room that reeked of smoke. There was a dent in the bathroom door and the faucet was coming off the tile. If you go to Cookeville stay anywhere else and if you can't book a room elsewhere sleep in your car!!

This place is GROSS!! please don't bring your family! NO pool fyi I stayed the night after a long 10hr car trip my mom booked it before we seen it through a weed site it said pool that's a big no and when we realized how gross it was after 30min of booking the room, during the drive she tried to cancel they would not let me. When I got in it was so gross on top of that they charged me an extra 10$ they said I would get back and never did!! Fyi I had a none smoking room.

Ugly! The non smoking room smells like a ash bucket. Dirt everywhere! Dog poo and foot nails behind the bedside cabinet as well as dead crawlies. No choke!
There is a door between room 134 and 136. You can open this door. creepy. I wish i had sleeped in my car and saved the money. I have seen a lot of cheap motels on my road trip but this one is the worst one.
Save your money and dont go there.

Like most places, check out time is 11am. Do t come beating on the door and calling the room 10 minutes til 11 reminding me what time it is. Second, deposit for staying? Since when does any hotel need to charge deposit fee if you don't smoke and have no pets with you? Third, used rolls of toilet paper instead replacing them with new? Fourth, used bar of soap in the shower, like really? Was this room just spot checked or what? Fifth, toilet did not flush normal. Had to hold handle down several seconds for it to flush. Sixth, tv was older than I am. I can't remember the last time I saw a "boob tube " style zenith tv. Seventh, fee for paying for room with credit or debit card. Eighth, signs in lobby requesting you don't take your complimentary breakfast back to your room. The plus side is the staff were relatively nice. Rooms need to upgraded though without a doubt.

This was our first stay at this property. We were not disappointed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Was obvious that they were a team, not merely employees. Nice! Bonus was a hot breakfast in the morning.

Fridge wasn't cold. The sink hand towel was a box of cheap tissues. The blankets had holes in them. The beds were itchy. The room had no ashtray. The light fixtures was all broke in some form. At least the a.c. worked. Fall creek inn , near Sparta, Tennessee. Horrid. 2/5 which is a generous rating.
