I've stayed here multiple times over the last few years and this hotel never disappoints! Rooms are always extremely clean, smell fresh, and everything works. Really convenient to have the fridge and microwave in the room as well. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about but it's free, fills you up, and for half the price of "higher end" hotels the Red Roof can't be beat! Extra kudos for always having friendly/professional staff and they have always been extremely accommodating for our family with multiple small kiddos!

clean, good location right off I-40, comfortable beds, front desk very accommodative, stayed here 3 nights on a weekend, recommend it. decent breakfast in morning, many restaurants and other hotels close by

Almost all staff has been very friendly and helpful!!!!
Seems to take a long time to get key fixed if your staying extra day!!! Especially when you made reservations 3 days earlier!!!
Non smoking rooms clean and nice mattresses, smoking rooms not so much!!!
It was cleaned the next day promptly when I told the housekeeper!!!!
I really don’t understand why motels don’t keep up the smoking rooms as much as the non-smoking but I’ve seen that in other places too!!!
Very nice housekeeper and trustworthy too!!
I loved the floors and no carpet!!!!
The place needs updated and may I suggest keurigs in the rooms!!!!

INCREDIBLE customer service. My toilet last time I stayed was having problems, and the GM sent me a coupon for a free night. The rooms are clean & very nice for the price. I stay here everytime I travel. Also, no extra charge for pets! Great hotel, I very much recommend 😊

Nice location, good area. Clean rooms. Had an issue with AC unit which they took care of immediately. Desk clerk very friendly with great customer service. And animals free!

Stayed one night, passing through on our way from NC to AR. Check in was friendly and efficient; so was check out the next morning. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Road noise was there but did not keep us awake. A/C was reasonably quiet. Not a huge selection for breakfast, but it is advertised as a continental breakfast, not a huge buffet. Lots of options for dining nearby, although we recommend going off the beaten track to Father Tom's Pub.

I had a very pleasant stay. I have stayed at many different hotels ranging up to $300/night and this was my first time at a Red Roof Inn. I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice decor. Clean! Comfortable. Fantastic price! Even had a fridge and microwave I didn't expect. I stayed on the top floor which is nonsmoking. Very convenient location near great restaurants. The downside for some may be that it is near an interstate and you can hear some traffic noise. However, this did not interfere with my sleep as I can sleep with background noise. Oh and not much to choose from for breakfast but I wasn't going to eat there anyway as I was meeting someone for brunch. Nice staff. Overall, very satisfied!

On August 27 spent a very nice night at this Red Roof Inn. Johnathan was extremely polite and went far beyond his normal duties to make our stay pleasant. He was full of information and had a great sense of humor, quite an assets to Red Roof. The room was reasonable and clean and we had a very restful night as we continued our journey. I do recommend this Red Roof Inn, mainly because of Johnathan!! Thank you

When we checked in the room was filthy. Urine on the toliet seat, ball of hair on the bathroom floor, hair in the bathtub. White socks turned black just in a few minutes. There is no carpet so the floor should have been clean. Dust everywhere. Now when we checked out it was such an inconvenience for us. We had to wait an hour for the room to be checked to get our deposit back. The girl in the lobby couldn't leave but the night guy was leaving. She could have asked him to stay for 2 minutes so she could check our room. I know he was ready to leave but our room was next to the lobby.

I stayed here after a bachelor party for my friends wedding and loved it. We had a double queen room for the four of us; we had plenty of room and the price was fantastic. Online it said a price, and we were able to get it for $30 less with a walk in. Loved it!

Thanks for your help & being considerate of the situation. You even told me my family could stay with me if I wanted. Rooms was clean & you had a blow dryer!! Just left America Best Value Inn to stay with you as you know what being in business is like!! Customer service is important & you all have it down pat. Coffee was great too In the lobby!!
