Friend checked in last night Oct 14th. They found bed bugs and after throwing a fit was finally given their money back. They know they have a problem yet do not seem to care. Needs closed down until safe enough for guest.

They were great. Was treated great and they were understanding about us being from Florida. Everyone we've encountered in Tennessee has been very caring and welcoming to us. Greatful for their generosity.

Its decent for the price. Staff is all Indians but they are very friendly just sometimes hard to understand. Rooms are fairly clean and beds aren't bad. For the price its a good stay. Free breakfast and pool too.

Last resort place to stay. I've stayed in four different rooms here so far and found at least 2 roaches and bed bugs in two of them. Checked into a room tonight and found a bedbug in the bathroom not ten minutes after coming in.

Upon entering the room the heat was on full blast and the room was so hot it took our breath away. tried turning on the a.c. but the heat was the only thing working. After we finally got the room cooled off we immediately noticed that something was starting to bite us. With very little investigation needed we started seeing bedbugs crawling on the beds. We also seen several cockroachs in the refrigerator and bathroom. We are currently trying to get a refund so we can go somewhere else and stay. I recommend stay somewhere else. No matter the price of the room it's certainly not worth risking a bedbug infestation. This will be reported to the department of health. They knew about the infestation and attempted to cover it up and treat it themselves!

I absolutely hate giving negative ratings!!As a truck driver,stayed over many places,I will never come back here!keep in mind,not a picky person when it comes too a hotel..Better choices truckers In the area!!Was a fast check in,very kind customer service..Honestly would have rather paid less across the street!
