While the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable I was surprised to see a room with 2 queen beds that had only one desk chair. This was a room that could actually have slept 4 people. Where were people supposed to sit when they were not sleeping? I have stayed at much cheaper places that were not as pretty but were much more comfortable. Next time I will stick with Comfort Inn.

It was real nice. Rooms equipped with fridge and microwave. Big nice Breakfast. Front desk clerk was real friendly. The hotel is walking distance from stores and restaurants. And comfortable beds!

We came in pretty late on a Saturday night and we enjoyed sitting out by the propane fire pit in front of the hotel. The pool was open late. The hot tub is big enough for a small crowd. Nice room, I will definitely be coming back.

Pet friendly hotel. My room was near an exit so it was so easy to bring my dog outside. It was quiet and clean. The front desk person was a delight wished I got her name. My only issue was a slippery tub without grab bars.

Very accommodating, friendly, and rooms are clean, comfortable, and roomy.
Close to grocery, shopping, and fast food. Short drive to 3 good size shopping centers.
Breakfast was good and one night there was a Happy Hour with food and drinks.
They have some pet friendly rooms and a walking area. There's an outside patio with table and chairs, and an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and books you can borrow.
I choose this brand frequently and it's great almost every time.

Seems to be remodeled recently. Clean rooms, great breakfast included. Pool, mediocre but standard hotel fitness room.
Ashley was a great face of the company.

first stay was last night, so i have nothing to compare it to; room was clean and tasteful paint and minimalistic furnishings; breakfast was ample; you really need to check out the push-button pancake dispenser! did not get to use the pool but would have like too; all in all, nice place at a decent rate compared to others in the area; consider getting even-numbered room as the north side of the building is adjacent to a drive-thru

Nuce clean rooms. Most of the staff is nice. Only place to get ice is on the main floor which kinda sucks other than that A-1. Would definitely stay again if I ever end up in Iowa. Also plenty if stores and places to eat very near by.

Room was clean, beds were decent. The location was conveniently near the highway and the price was pretty good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Great water pressure. Lots of parking. Good breakfast. We had wanted to stay an extra night but the staff said we would have to check out at noon and would not let us check back in until 3pm. We decided it was not worth it, so we didn't stay an extra night.

Service was overall pretty good. There was no pancakes or waffles even though the machines were there, but perfectly supplemented by other foods. Out of the hotels hand, but power was lost on grid around 9am-10am, but the staff handled it well

Seriously the nicest clerk ever. He was so helpful and kind. My kids loved the free cookies and swimming pool. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. It isn't far from the hospital and shopping so a perfect location for us! Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

We stayed at the Iowa City location, the staff was great. My whole family loved the breakfast. We arrived very late and they were willing to keep the pool open for us. Very positive stay.

Room was nice but the fridge wasn't cold enough to preserve leftovers we had, television remote batteries were dead, and we found some popcorn in the hidabed couch. We were getting frustrated but the clerk at the front desk did everything to make right with our issues. Namely bringing in another fridge and later on batteries for the remote. The room ultimately worked well with our 2 1/2 year old twins with the separate room. Also the lady at the continental breakfast helped me get my breakfast while I was chasing my twins and settling them down for breakfast. Overall the stay was nice, we would stay again. We think that maybe the room just isn't used much so that is why it may have been neglected some.

They were very accommodating. We were visiting from out of town for a funeral and had woke up late the next morning thinking it was too late for breakfast. Not knowing our situation they extended the breakfast time so my family and I could eat before hitting the road again.
