Clean room. Black out curtains didn't black out much at all. Management failed to let house keeping know about our late check out time. The breakfast was ok..but the lady taking care of it was excellent!! Sweetest person we met in Alabama.

Roach motel! I stayed there in March. No hot water at all. Hotel manager offered a free night to make it better, but if you show up to use it you cannot because their point system has changed! Owner Neal Soni and managers could care less what kind of experience you have at the Horrible Inn Express.

I'm finding this hotel to be better than most so far. The rooms are bigger than most other hotels that I've seen and the staff is pretty friendly.

Average Holiday Inn. You can't expect first class digs at a budget hotel. Room smelled musty and pool/gym we're out of order.

Went for a meeting and the coffee was ready after the meeting started. It would have been nice if it had been ready before the meeting so it wasn't interrupted, but it was good coffee, so whatever. The worse thing was the AC couldn't keep up with the size of the room. It wasn't even to 68 after leaving the room empty all night. It was actually a positive experience despite the couple of small complaints I have.

I frequent IHG properties and usually have great experiences. However in this hotel my sheets were dirty and had very visible human hair all over the bed.

Large rooms, comfortable, and great service. Breakfast was more than expected. Found the pool room to be a little cold but it was cold outside, pool room also lacked towels. Overall good experience.

Room was clean comfortable and well maintained. Staff seemed friendly and courteous. But no towels by pool were stocked (even though sign in room said there were courtesy towels by pool). Called and reported but none brought out. At breakfast items not restocked when out either. Would still recommend tho, based on room and service.

Clean, Friendly Staff and Beds where AWESOME. We stay at this location every time we can. Even if it is a little out of our way.
