The location is in kind of a weird spot but the rooms are nice and the breakfast is good and they are really good about keeping your room clean
Naughty List, kind of disappointing arriving off a 14hr drive and walking to the room fiuthest from anywhere and have a messed bed, fan and broken AC. The staff was very accomodating, and personally brought us key to a new room down the hall. New room was clean and presentable.
This morning shower took a bit to warm up and there was one tissue in the box. Little frustrating when there seems to be cut backs to this point. $100 bucks doesn't buy what it used to at Fairfield.
Not impressed.
Dirty and dusty room caused my allergies to flare up within 15 minutes of being in the room. Luckily there is a Walmart a short drive away, so I could buy allergy medicine to help me get thru the night, which adds to the overall expense of staying at this hotel. Ironically I could breath just fine while outdoors and at walmart, but as soon as I was back in the dusty smelly room, (room 323), my allergies went nuts again and made breathing hard. Bathroom smelled of the last occupants cologne, but that was better than the moldy smells in the rest of the room.
You would never know this was a 2 star. The manager (I assume, as he was the only one there and always available) brought warmth to the hotel. The hotel, itself was VERY clean. Grateful for this place as a safe haven from Irma.
Outstanding customer service, desire to please and accomodate. Busy location. Great breakfast with fresh strawberries blueberries, and chocolate chips for waffles and oatmeal, plus the regular eggs, meat and yogurt. Coffee was simply amazing. Needed a carafe to go. Beds too soft though.
Talked to Dwight on the phone in the middle of my 4 children (ages 6, 3, 2,and 6 months) screaming as if they were getting chased by rabid dogs while an alarm was going off about a flash flood on my phone and my wife's phone, all while the monsoon rains were coming down on us like Noah and the ark were about to arrive. He heard the commotion and said, "Brother, just get here and we will get you a room!" As soon as I pulled in I took my youngest (6 months) in so that he would stop screaming. Dwight immediately recognized who I was when I started talking and began to calm down my youngest. He told me where everything was in the hotel and was very nice to everyone that walked in the door. If I was a millionaire, I'd write him a nice check (I'm a teacher-but I digress). The breakfast was great (yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, milk, bagels, toast, eggs, bacon and sausage) and made my children go from acting like zombies who were the spawn of Satan to the right hand angels of Jesus himself. The breakfast hours from 6-10 were perfect as well. The indoor pool was really nice. My kids were able to get rid of all their energy of screaming for 8 hours in a car and transform it into swimming and jumping in the pool for an hour and a half. The pool towels are in the pool area so you don't have to bring down any towels or use any of your own. Our room size was very big compared to what we were used to and the bathroom was big enough to fit an elephant (but we were on the 4th floor so I couldn't test that theory). The beds were like sleeping on clouds made of angel wings. I felt like I was sleeping in heaven it was so nice (until my daughter and son decided their 3/4 of the bed was not enough for them and made it to where I had 1 cheek on the bed and 1 arm on the bed.yet somehow I slept well. Thank you Jesus!). In the morning, Michael was running around during breakfast making sure everything was working well and checking on things. When we checked out he played around with our kids and told jokes and stories and made my kids actually excited for our trip home (that lasted until we got in the car and they started going crazy again). He is a great guy and I would also write him a nice check as well if I wasn't so poor from all these kids draining my teacher salary money. My wife is very good with money and always finds ways to get great deals and doesn't spend a lot on hotels.but when the rain came down like the waters were rising to worldwide flood levels we had to find a hotel with an indoor pool and I am glad we chose this one. Job well done Dwight and Michael. Job well done.
Of the 2 Marriott properties I have stayed at in this area, this is the nicest of them. The staff is very nice and helpful and the facility is either new or freshly renovated. I only wish it had a larger Marketplace.
Really like the Fairfield Inns. Very comfortable and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Clean, good location, friendly staff. Hot tub was out of service or I'd have given 5 stars.
It was a very comfortable stay. All the way from the breakfast being amazing and the rooms being very clean. Would definitely stay there again in the future
front desk clerks very nice and check-in was fast. Stopped in on way to FL, nice place would stay again.
Great hotel, everything was good. Except that dagum toilet paper. The worst ever. Please just spend the extra nickels on human appropriate toilet paper.
