Ladies at the front desk had poor attitude was ignored for 45 seconds before they were done conversating with one another at check in my questions were answered in a rude manner which made me feel unwelcome. Rooms are great, clean facilities, good food. Need positive front desk staff.

Spent the night here and was extremely impressed. According to the desk clerk this was a renovated property…and they did an excellent job. The room, overall property, and service was top-notch and I would definitely stay here again. Rivals some of the "higher class" properties I stay at!

My ONLY complaint…if you are going to serve good coffee at the coffee bar…include some half-half/cream for coffee please. Dumping those chalky, disgusting creamers into a good cup of coffee really ruins the money you paid for it.

This place is great. It has a wonderful workout facility, pantry and restaurant. The showers are wonderful and the beds are comfortable. There was a Reno done in 16. Great TV's too!

They were having some computer issues when we arrived but did everything they could and got us to our room quickly. Staff was very friendly and it was a quiet, comfortable stay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 was the attention to little details by the cleaning staff. We found a used bar of soap in the shower and a bottle cap in the middle of the floor. Nothing major at all. Over all we loved it and will continue to book here when we come to town for football games.

It wasn't bad as far as Holiday Inns go. Air conditioning in the main lobby and dining area was a little weak. Swimming pool was closed the first day. The staff in large part was very nice and accommodating.

Looks renovated. Hotel was pretty good. Towels and washcloths seemed to have several stains on them. Our room was missing an iron. Overall good hotel and convenient area.

Recently renovated. Very courteous staff. Very clean and well stocked room. As a business traveler the restaurant is too time consuming to use. I would prefer a HIE style breakfast but this is the only HI I stay in when in the area.

I am a gold IHG member. I do not tell you that to boast but to give validity to this review. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels this year. The renovations were well done and the evening staff was friendly but that is about the only positive thing I will say in the remainder of this post. When I walked into my room late in the evening (i had been driving all day) the first thing I noticed was the sticky floors. The second thing was the multiple black hairs spread across the sheet on the bed. ( one I can let slide but 5) when i walked into the bathroom I noticed a used tube of toothpaste sitting on the counter and the toilet was by no means clean(i'll stop there for the sake of you readers). When I wake up and go eat breakfast was when I really got a sour taste in my mouth. The coffee that I paid $2.75 for was served in a paper cup out of the free coffee dispenser by the front desk. Both my pancakes and my business partners bacon egg and cheese sandwich were terrible. They were either old goods or warmed up from the day before. Pancakesliterally rubberized pancakes. If you are still reading I would recommend looking into a different holiday inn in Birmingham. I stayed at a great one near the Sam's Club in Leeds so maybe try there. Staying at another one tonight in Little Rock, so far so good! Have a good night!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff that I encountered was a bit abrupt, and the room was missing the standard toiletries(shampoo & conditioner). Otherwise, it was a fine hotel.

Camilla at the breakfast bar, hopefully I spelled her name correctly, gave me the best customer service I have ever had at a hotel this morning. She was very nice and friendly even though I showed up very close to their closing time. She even took it a step further and recommend something good off the breakfast menu for me to try. Thanks to her again for the great service.
