Room is comfortable. Biscuits tend to be stale. Housekeeping could be better. There was pizza crust in the bedroom when we checked in. We had to ask for towels for the room. There were dirty towels in pool area for 2 days. The coffee needs to be freshened more frequently.

Friendly & Safe , Very Clean. The staff is very friendly people. This is a Very Well Managed place. You'll be happy with your stay. Also the breakfast is very good.

The room I stayed in was not very clean and the WiFi would not work, causing me to be unable to work. The first morning I was there, the hotel was robbed while me and another guest were in the breakfast area. Would not recommend this hotel.

Love the fact when you walk in the front door it smells like a hint of bleach and a hint of fresh I instantly knew it would be clean. Rooms were Immaculate and the front desk clerk was professional and awesome. Indoor pool great treat for kids.

The hotel reaked of football players and old food odors. I walked into the room to an infant roach meaning they were infested! Little kids were loud and running the halls. The room chair had white stains (clearly not icing or any food substance). When I informed the front desk clerk about the stains she says they were ice cream stains or icing. The floors had fresh stains that were not even attempted to be cleaned; looked as if they were semen or vomit stains. Wow. Long story short I got a refund and will not be returning. DISGUSTING. GROSS. NOT ACCEPTABLE

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. There was a nice hot breakfast in the morning and we even had time for a swim before we checked out.

The hotel while dated wasn't terrible. However there were 10+ children in the pool without parents (even though the sign said no children without parents). They were being loud, doing back flips and throwing a ball. When I went and said something at the front desk they did nothing. Then they threw rhe ball at my husband's head on purpose so we left. At 10:30 other guests were being extremely loud in the hall. I open the door asked them to quiet down as I had children in the room and I was trying to get them to sleep. They did not quiet down and I had to call the front desk twice about noise.

I stay with club Carlson all the time. The shower head here is held up with a woman's hair tie. I called the front desk because our bed doesn't have a blanket on it and she said the new look is to just use 3 sheets instead of a blanket (she did offer for me to come downstairs and get a blanket). Too tired to argue tonight will call club Carlson tomorrow. Night deak worker did give me a blanket. She was extremely helpful. So the 1 star is because basically the maids are lazy and worthless
