The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everything was so clean and inviting. There was even free breakfast complete choice of pancakes, eggs, cereal, strawberry jelly, grape, butter etc. I truly enjoyed my stay and I'm sure you would as well!

Very comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Adult pool and kiddie pool. Hot tub. Many more amenities.

Great facilities. Clean. New feeling. Well lit. Good rooms. Good furniture. Nice beds. Nice people. Very accommodating. Breakfast had plenty of options, well stocked, good for everyone. Coffee is better than the average hotel. Stayed here one night. Enjoyed our time.

This is a really nice place to spend the night on a long road trip. The night clerk, Cynthia, was so pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Very fair room rates. I highly recommend.

As a Lifetime Platinum Marriott member, I'm the first to give a Marriott a pass but I can't do so for this Marriott. The water was warm, never hot even though I told them an hour after being there and we stayed two days. And they ran out of clean towels and would not even let us get a towel of the carts. To top it all off, the staff we contacted was completely indifferent. We won't be back!

This place is simply amazing. They have a very friendly staff, the housekeepers are phenomenal, and the breakfast was to perfection. I mean clean rooms, great staff, and delicious food all on the same stay is above what I expected in this area.

Wow! Talk about helpful customer service. I just asked Cynthia if she knew of a full service car wash, she stopped what she was doing, looked them up, called them to make sure they were open and wrote all the info for me. Next day we decided to stay here an extra day, she handled my rereservation and her and Dedra called and cancelled my other hotel reservation. Wish all customer service was this good even in our company!!! Can't put a price on those people who truely make a difference in life. The hotel is clean, beautiful and everyone we came across was pleasant. Thank you!

My husband and our three boys regularly go on road trips and have stayed at many hotels but I am pretty sure this was our best experience yet. Deidre at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She was exceptional. Tori and Cynthia were also very pleasant and kind. I was impressed by our roomvery spacious with lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. We were not originally going to stop in Bessemer but now in the future we will plan to stay here.

Our stay was perfect! Clean, updated rooms, hot breakfast with healthy options, friendly staff, convenient to dining options for dinner. Couldn't ask for much more!

Very nice room. Very clean and vonfortable.. The hotel is close to the highway and looks new. Hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, etc. I would definitely stay there again - very reasonable price.
