Amazing. Lady at the desk I don't remember her name (her name starts with K and it's a 6 letter name) upgraded me to a room with whirlpool which was really awesome and nice of her.

A wonderful Hampton Inn where hospitality is heartwarming. They go out of their way to make guests comfortable. The breakfast is very good too!

BECARFULL IF YOU STAY HERE. Spent two nights there 1st night had someone knock on my door at 145 then the second night had my truck broken into along with 2 other vehicles. Owner would not even come talk to us just said we are not responsible for vehicles in the parking lot. They don't even care enough to place cameras in the parking lot. Contact the corporate office and they said to bad they are privately owned. For your saftey find another place. My family will NEVER stay at another Hampton property.

The service here was amazing! Our room had a very comfortable bed, we fell asleep immediately. The breakfast was decent too. The also have an evening reception but it was picked over by the time we got there. Overall, great experience!

Really nice hotel. Great and easy check in. The room I have is roomy with a couch. Bathroom is very clean and updated recently. There's even a refrigerator in the room. It is also well located with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

False advertising and terrible customer service. I booked what I thought was a King Study, with a wall diving the sleeping area from the couch area. I even called to confirm the style of the room. When I arrived, this was not the case. There was no wall division. I went down to the desk to ask to be moved. They informed me that all the rooms were exactly the same and that such a room for not exist. Furthermore, if I didn't like it I could go to another hotel. I told them that I wasn't traveling at 10:30 @ night in pursuit of a room that I was told I already had. If your web site advertises a room type WITH PICTURES and your customer service confirms a room type exists, you are fully at fault for not providing what you advertise. Terribly disappointed.

Service was absolutely top of the line. Late night, early morning, and afternoon front desk staff were the friendliest I have ever had from the moment we walked in. Cleaning and food staff (from the delicious free breakfast) were amazingly helpful and always had a smile. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. If we are ever in the area you can guarantee we will choose this hotel first even above the more expensive one (Hyatt) just up the road.

The service was great, the manager Early (spell check) was so attentive and helpful with my requests. The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet had many options.
The only problem I had was the communication within employees. I'm not sure what was lost in translation, but my card was charged (authorized) over $700 more than needed when I was only there one night. If you're traveling this really ties up your money and can alter your plans some. The manager did reach out Monday morning to apologize and resolve the situation so I appreciate the effort. If you're traveling on a budget though I would put a card with the smallest available balance on file.response / report this review -

It was good. The room was beautiful, and breakfast was good. We had a suite that was listed as "mall facing", but since we were only in the second floor, we couldn't see anything. Overall, what we expected.

Staff is very professional. Hotel is very clean and neat. The staff was very helpful with whatever assistance my family and I needed. They were very upbeat and happy, happy to assist in any way possible. Love the location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from.
