The staff was very nice the woman who I think was the daytime manager was very fast and efficient but the rooms were horrible. I had to get 2 rooms 1 for me and 1 for my sister. First thing my sister's room was overunned by stink bugs we killed 4 of them after that she went to put something in the trash and found a dirty diaper. My trash can in my room was also full and I did not have any wash clothes. Staff is nice but the housekeeping is bad

It was very convenient to shops and restaurants as well as all the interstates. My room was clean, neat and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it was quiet! Pet friendly too! I'd recommend anyone I know to stay here.

Location is great and rooms are very affordable. The first room we were given was not clean and the bed looked like someone had just woke up and left right before we walked in. The second room was better but still not very clean.

Good rooms for the price. Great location on HWY280, but you really need a car to get most places nearby. Satellite TV goes down in a hard rain and needs better channel selection. Paid wifi is only about 5Mbps. Usually quiet, but can get noisy. Very pleasant staff.

Great experience everything was clean and neat. Although Wifi wasn't strong at all, fridge wasn't cold, could of given more wash cloths and Iron didn't work but they immediately came and brought another one too me. Also the water was very hot and I loved that.

BED BUG HOTEL. The staff wonderful kind understanding people. We Checked in at night and did not see all the signs of a BIG BED BUG PROBLEM. We were lucky our luggage was not affected but mentally I may need therapy it was just that bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! I am paying an arm and a leg to stay here over the summer for an internship and it is disgusting. I have been here a month and complained about bugs in my room FIVE times. I have had them come exterminate my room twice and there are still beetles the size of TWO quarters coming into my room. I also have found cockroaches, spiders, centipedes, gnats, flies, and smaller beetles. It is horrible and disgusting. I have never been so grossed out in my life. The staff has no clue how they are getting into my room and how to prevent it. Don't ever stay here. Trust me, it's not worth it and you will be disgusted.

My stay has been very inconsistent here. The rooms, while clean (eventually) and acceptable in decor and appearance are offset by the poor customer experience I've had. The room I was originally put in was not cleaned for me and I went in to find linens all over the place, food scattered all over and even poop stained towels. When I went to the front desk I was told "whoops, that's weird. I guess we'll see if we have another room." That's a less than satisfying answer when there is literally poop towels in your room. Once they got me another room it was much better but next to a group of laborers who were hanging out on the balcony being quite loud. Fortunately they seem to have departed after a day. The rooms aren't fancy but they're tidy and have kitchen amenities. You can get plates and cutlery if you ask (which seems like it should be unnecessary) and they make it seem like a huge inconvenience to get them for you. Lastly, my employer paid for daily housekeeping but apparently that's another thing they don't seem to do on their own unless prompted. They came yesterday but didn't bother showing up today. It seems that if I paid for a service, it should be provided whether I specifically come and ask you for it or not. Overall, the accommodations are acceptable for the price but don't expect the staff to go out of their way for you.

Very clean and mostly a helpful staff. They seem to be short handed on help right now so we have had to wait a while on clean towels. But I would defiantly stay here again.

Staff was rude. We booked our check-in @11, they told us room wasn't available until 3. Room was clean except bathroom floor. Said fully stocked kitchen, but unless you request it to be stocked, there are no dishes. Fruit flies.

It's an ok place if you need a room with a mini kitchen. It also has a nice tv and bathroom.

Ease at check in and good spot for meetings. Restaurants and shopping near by. Cafe staff seemed a bit brusque at first as they were busy. Rooms clean and bedding fresh. Bathrooms spotless. Well kept hotel.
