Nice place, clean rooms. Would stay again.
Friendly staff and good cleanliness overall. Breakfast and wifi were mediocre, parking is a challenge for anyone driving a truck.
Clean rooms, and very nice hotel. Most of the staff is very nice. Except for the front desk lady when checked in. She was kinda rude. Overall a nice stay though.
The room was spacious and clean. Very pleasant employee's, they all greeted me with a warm smile. The breakfast was fresh and yummy (watching your pancake being made was fun)
We havr stayed here multiple times and have had a great experience each time. The staff is friendly and we love the indoor pool. It is a tad outdated but great for the price we pay!
The staff were great and the rooms were very clean and nice. Highly recommended.
My family and I enjoyed our experience with Holiday Inn, more importantly the staff was extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location and in close proximity from downtown Atlanta. Thank you Mrs. Tammy for all that you do.
Friendly and attentive staff. Quiet & clean room. First Hotel that has called my room asking if everything was ok. Room was clean but furniture scratched. Toilet seat and paper holder loose, Dust over head board. 2/29/2017
Good experience. Bed and room was very comfortable. Fast check-in and out. Only issue was out of order ice machine.
Staff is friendly and nice. Good room and clean hotel
The rooms were pretty nice. We had the executive suite & it was VERY nice! The breakfast in the morning was comprehensive. Anything I could think of, that a person might want for breakfast, was there & of above average quality. My kids & I went swimming in the indoor pool/spa, which was awesome! The only problem was that the WiFi did not reach our room very well. We had to go out into the hallway to actually watch something on a tablet. But that's also probably because our room was in the far corner of the top floor. Overall, an excellent experience. So much so that after our first night, we spontaneously decided to stay another night to extend our vacation stay in several places throughout the Atlanta, GA area. 4 and a half Stars!!!!!!
The rooms was small, and over packed with furniture. Two queen beds in the room made one stuck against the window and one up against the wall. I had to climb on the bed to change the thermostatwhichubby didn't work right. It took 6 hours to get below 70 from 73 with it cool outside. The TV were discolored and the remote near unresponsive. But at least the beds were comfortable.
All thing considered this hotel should not be priced above $100/night. Its a $50/night value.
Also of note, I stayed on the same night as a teen/preteen cheerleaders tournament which meant from 9pm through after midnight I have ard nonstop kids bouncing off the walls and ceilings the rooms next to and above me. Th staff did address it after I called down at 1159 to complain but by then the experience was far to negative to save.
