Poor service .disrespectful owners they dont talk english.roaches . Check out is 12 but they come to your room at 10 .

Disgusting and run down. Rooms that are used for extended stay people are not cleaned and are given to people staying the night only Disgusting!! Rooms smell like feet, mayonnaise, turtle tank water, and pickled tuna! The smell was so foul I could not stay the night.. A card board box is more Luxurious, trust me! Don't even get me started on the bedding , fridge, and bathrooms.

Horrible!!!! Rooms cool but sink stopped up they never came to fix it after they were informed!!! House keepers very ghetto and they cancelled my reservation so I had to sit n the lot a hour just to get things right with my children!!!

Horrible. This place was dirty, sheets were dirty, toilet was dirty, large mold build up in shower, it was absolutely disgusting. I would of rather stayed the night in a jail cell.

So disgusting!! Gave us a room that room service had not cleaned and the toliet didnt work. Got my money back after being there for 30 minutes.

Shane is the best manager! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this hotel. His service was fair.

The gentleman working at the front desk when I checked in was really awesome. His name was Shane. He was very efficient and professional. He had everyone completely satisfied and quickly in their rooms. What I liked the most about Shane was that he cares about the customers.

I understand that this hotel is cheap but I'm still spending my hard-earned money and expect some type of quality. I go in and it looks like the king size bed has been slept on by 700 pound person right in the middle of it. Then I raise up the mattress to look underneath and there's roaches. So when I go to the front desk the guy was like what's going on. I said I'll tell you when the lady ahead of me leaves. When she left he was like so what do you need a refund I said yes. Then he says figures. I'm not sure what figures means. do I look like the type that complains? were you insinuating something? He gave me my refund but pretty much told me that you get what you paid for and that they are working on it. So now I have to wait until tomorrow morning for my refund to hit. Just check your mattresses if you decide to stay here.
