Fire hazard in the first room. Was completely covered in smoke, with the smoke detector covered by a trash bag. Was moved to another room immediately. Teresa was more than generous in helping me transition. Unfortunately, this facility has not been well maintained by it's guests nor it's employees.

Not a bad hotel, however it is lacking in some areas.
    The good.:
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Great location.
    The not so good:
Although it was a "suite", there are no utensils in the room. You have to obtain them from the front desk. The pillows on the bed were a joke. Too small. Towels were small and thin. IIt was too easy to hear people above and next to me walk around.

It was not a horrible experience, and for the price I paid, a decent deal, however I would have liked a little more.

Front desk agent was okay, room was okay, but needs an update. The houskeeper is a joke, the rags on the counter, were folded and dirty with black spots, the same with the towels. The comforter , and the sheets had bloods stains on them, nasty! At 3am was awakened by a couple in the room next door, fighting over what i can assume from what I heard , that last hit of some type of.drug, then they kept slamming doors, hit the drug, and ended it with loud sex, just sickening. Never again, way overpriced for all the bs you deal with!

Inexpensive, clean, safe, quiet, and polite. This is close to the Woolfson Eye Institute, and it was convenient for me to stay here after Lasik was performed so that I could rest and go to the second day post-op exam since home is two hours away for me. Would definitely recommend to others.

The first extended stay that I stayed in, it was in North Carolina. Everything there was filthy. I was a former housekeeper and my mother-in-law was one for years. Violations everywhere. The sheets weren't changed, dirt was on a pillow, food was splashed everywhere in the microwave. The front desk people here were great and so was the man in charge. Everything in the room was cleaned, the room just has a weird smell when we first walked in.

The level of cleanliness leaves a LOT to be desired. I couldn't believe it was that dusty. Dirty mops spread dirt.

Room was clean, front desk agent was friendly. That's about it. No frills, no amenities. The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were flat and hard. The shower was weak. You get what you pay for.

The positive front staff gentleman working the late shift made this stay positive for us. Overall hotel rooms looks clean and modern.

Hotel room was not ready for check in, received a key and walked into a completely dirty room. No coffee maker, pens, or paper to make notes. TV remote was not working. Mattress has no protective cover, large stains.

Room was clean and tidy. If I didnt wake up at 5am to take a shower there was little hot water. Other than that, very friendly staff and accomodating.

Absolutely positively the best customer service I have ever received from anyone Huge thank you to Mark at the front desk for being a huge help and the nicest person I've met. The room was perfect, with more than I expected. I will definitely be back when I stay in Georgia:) !!!!!! Thank you Mark! You're the greatest of all time.

Good hotel for long or even short term stays. The key to Extended Stay is don't expect the Hilton or a Marriott. It's like a home away from home. You do your own cooking and there is no free meals. That's the key. Charde the Assist Manager, is very helpful.

I've stayed here twice. First time was great. The second time not as much. I stayed three nights and all three nights were great until I got up the fourth day before check out and I found a bedbug crawling near my head. I know they are common in hotels if I've Never seen one until then.
