Me and my bf wanted to get away for the night and he had stayed here before. It was my first time and I absolutely loved it. From the valet, to check-in, to the rooms it was fabulous. We will definitely be back!!

Check-in in the Omni was extremely quick and friendly. When we got to the room it was well presented clean and tidied up. We had one of the greatest views of Centennial Park which is really awesome. Over all in all it was a really rocking stay and would definitely recommend a night out on the town to begin at the Omni

We love this hotel. It is right in the heart of downtown. The staff are all so friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms are nice and offer great views. Great food and if you are traveling with kids you can go to the CNN food court and have lots of choices for those picky eaters.

Spectacular view. Great service. I stayed at the North building. The room was a double queen. It was great. Everything very clean. The staff very polite and helpful. The views are amazing. The bar had a great selection of drinks. Room service was fast.

I attended a legal conference held at this hotel this past Sunday and Monday. It wasn’t my first legal conference here and both times the staff has been stellar.
This time, I had some special needs and every single hotel staff from the bell hops to the concierges to the check-in desk understood my needs and were exceptionally humane and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, they go out of their way to cater to you.

[If you want to know why I had special needs: In another hotel nearby, the Glenn (an autograph hotel by Marriott) I had been assaulted by a man exposing and pleasuring himself in the women’s restroom and blocking the exit. The Glenn hotel staff didn’t even hear me screaming and another woman made them come help me. They didn’t call the police until my friend demanded to know what was happening 30 mins later. They had no protocol at all. And their general manager has been nothing but rude.]

The next morning, I was still shaken and was too afraid to use the restrooms at the Omni, even though the Omni is brighter, has more staff and the restrooms aren’t as secluded. When I asked for someone to escort me to the restroom, mentioning that I had been assaulted in the bathroom of the Glenn, the staff jumped up to see if they could help. They offered to call security for me to speak with the police even when the crime didn’t happen on their property, and to help me feel more secure they went over how many security personnel were actively monitoring the surveillance cameras covering all the halls, including entrances to restrooms. Assured me they have security 24/7 with eyes everywhere.
The female concierges accompanied me to the bathroom all day long, and didn’t make me feel like it was a chore. THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL GENUINELY CARES.
Oh, and they knew exactly where my conference was and gave excellent directions to the police station!

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms. I ordered buffalo wings from room service and they were delicious. The location is in walking distance to arenas and centennial park. The only thing that I have a major complaint about is the elevators! They are horrible! They had 6 elevators to get to guest rooms but only 2 seemed like they were working. If the elevators weren't so awful I would of easily given this hotel 5 stars.

Gorgeous hotel in a prime location. We stayed on the 27th floor of the south tower and had an incredible view. The bed was so comfortable that my husband and I decided that we need to buy a new mattress when we get home. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are larger than other hotels, which seems insignificant but means a lot to me. The hotel staff were amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about the people who work here. It's across from a beautiful park and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We will most definitely return.

Wonderful property with outstanding service. The Omni staff always go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome the Atlanta Omni is no different. The rooms are nice and the overall decor of the hotel is very well maintained. This Omni is in the heart of downtown and very centrally located.

Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of Centennial Park, but the staff is excellent! They were extremely helpful and timely in assisting me with getting trade show booth materials over to the Georgia World Congress Center. On top of that, their room service was speedy and quite delicious. I wasn't expecting such good food and service, but Omni really left a good impression with me!

Wow. What a great experience! Every member of this staff (valet, front desk house keeping, guest services) that my wife and I encountered we're friendly and familiar. They mad us feel as if we were regular guest and they welcomed us into their home. The hotel was very clean and the room was appointed well. We really enjoyed being able to look out into the CNN atrium from the room. If you are looking for a nice, conveniently located, and welcoming hotel with a unique charm and experience.this is the place. Thank you The Omni Hotel Atlanta for a fantastic stay. We will return soon.

Traffic control getting into the hotel was horrendous. We waited 40 minutes to turn in and there was no traffic control stopping people from cutting the line and almost causing accidents. People just pushed their way in and it was awful and chaotic. The room itself was nice. There was a little hair on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet was difficult to flush, and the room smelled a little musty (likely from disuse), but overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and room service was quick and tasted great. If it wasn't for the fact that we waited so long trying to get into the hotel and I almost got hit twice I'd likely give more stars, but it was truly an awful way to start our trip. I will say that this was likely only the case for the event we were seeing. I don't believe it would normally be this bad. I doubt I will ever stay there again though if attending an event at the Philips Arena because of the traffic issue. I imagine staying just for a regular trip would be different, but for any major sporting/concert event I don't recommend this hotel until they streamline their checkin and parking issues.

Beautiful hotel. Got a great deal on Groupon as well as a couple's spa package. Room was nice however the a/c did not work which caused for a very unpleasant nights sleep. But the view was great and easily accessible to any and everything. Will definitely visit again.

The service is impeccable! I expected the room to be a bit more fancy, but it was still pretty nice. There's so much to do within the buildings. The pool area is small but nice. Room service is prompt. Expect to pay more than the average hotel though.

Put in South tower. Does not feel like a 4star hotel. (Room is a little older and messier, bathroom is small, and pool is outdoor.) Nice that downtown Atlanta attractions are within walking distance. Staff is super nice. On premise parking is Valet only, to the tune of $35 a night. Wonder if North Tower is different?

Comfortable beds, nice shower, great pillows. Spacious room, big closet, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bath towels are super fluffy and soft. Large window with views of the city. Great location, we walked everywhere we needed to go. Overall my expectations for a hotel were exceeded and look forward to visiting again.
