Very clean facility. The people are soo! Nice and friendly. My church has service there every Sunday and I am happy to be there. kudos to your company. Great people.

Wow! The staff in the evening were sooooo nice and welcoming. They even greeted my Westie with dog treats. The hotel lobby was very clean and inviting. The room was perfect, double queen with nice bathroom and plenty of towels. The bed linens were very comfy along with the mattresses. We were tired from driving all day & then had to find a different hotel than was booked because it was inadequate. But the night staff were very accommodating with us and our Hilton Honors membership. So thanks for being a pet friendly hotel with clean and inviting rooms.

Exceeds expectations. Plenty of breakfast options -meats, waffles,eggscozy rooms with lots of amenities. The lady working the night shift was so patient with me when I had questions. Great guest service!

Stayed overnight for some alone time with husband. Clean room, comfortable bed great breakfast. Had all we needed to enjoy ourselves!

Breakfast is pretty casual and has more than cereal as an option. The room was clean and was happy to see my xbox worked on their T.V.. Room had mini fridge and a microwave that were perfect for what I needed and had with me. I came here evacuating FL to avoid Irma and everyone here was understanding.

Staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and courteous. Hotel offers everything you need. Free extensive breakfast, coffee 24 hours, fitness center, pool, and business center. They are very accommodating with your pets as well. I will always choose a Hampton Inn if it is available.

Hampton Inn in Covington far exceeded all my expectations. The friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff was what took it over the top. The hotel is very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and I really appreciated the "breakfast to go" bags that were also offered. Many nice amenities were also available; pool, gym, laundry, business center, meeting rooms, etc., and most importantly all these amenities were in working condition during my stay. This hotel is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Covington, GA area.

The hotel experience has been great. Fast and friendly check in. Good breakfast and manager's reception. The pool was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and kept clean. I would recommend this hotel!

Great location for us to break up a two-day trip--stayed two separate days. Late，late arrival (great check out time to get those needed winks). Tasty，complimentary breakfast sure was helpful! Will repeat next trip!

Super nice staff, good breakfast, and a clean modern room. Everything was open when I went into the room including the running refrigerator, which seemed odd. My room was next to the stairs and the door would occasionally slam very loudly. Very nice, warm blankets and fluffy pillows.
