If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Room was very clean and comfortable, very good service and breakfast was good - pancake machine was broken but that's okay. The staff made up for it. The only thing was not having my key work 4 times. 4. It finally worked when the FD night auditor took his own key up to the door

Very well kept and nice staff. Very close to airport but it would be nicer if it were in an area where you could be closer to more things to do. It is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Austin.

Rooms were huge. It's not really close to anything besides the dennys but thats better than nothing. Bedding was super comfortable and the lady at the front desk was super nice and attentive. Had a short stay but very enjoyable.

Nice bed! The rooms were well laid out, the bathroom was small but was functional. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Decent location, airport is just a few miles away and my business meeting was just a few miles in the other direction! Win win. And how many hotels have an all electric Nissan leaf limo?!

This newly remodeled location has ample parking and is adjacent 24 hour diner. Hotel Shuttle is 24 hours too. Rooms are clean and spacious. Daily complimentary breakfast included with free Happy Hour 3 days/week. This place is for everyone!

I appreciate Marco at the front desk. He allowed me to check in early. Thanks, Marco!

I appreciate Hinda who provided a mailing envelope upon request. She also chatted with me later in the evening during Happy Hour. She made me feel very welcomed. Thank You, Friend!

And last, but certainly not least, a big thank you to the night guy: Corey. I had some issues with my room and brought it to his attention. He felt bad and took care of me. My guest and I appreciate the discount. The receipt under the door was a nice touch too. Thanks again, Corey!

No thanks to whomever reversed the provided discount. I had a legitimate issue and an appropriate Service Recovery. What happened?

Aside the issues & discount reversal, all was good. As an IHG employee, I feel comfortable knowing I can suggest this property across the way.

Door didn't lock for an hour, bathroom looks like it's falling apart, room smelled weird, stains on couch and terrible service. The only positive is the bed seemed clean and comfortable. That has yet to be tested.

The staff arranged for pickup from the airport and welcomed us to the hotel. Each employee I had the pleasure of coming in contact with provided me with what I needed. The room was comfortable although the bathrooms were a bit tight. Overall pleasant experience.

The staff was very courteous and kind. The room was clean and presentable. I really enjoyed my stay here. They have complementary breakfast till 10 and they offer various options. I didn't get a chance to go down to the pool but it was kind of small. I would deffeniltly stay there again

If you need a hotel near the airport, then this is a good option, but if you want anything more than a short night's sleep, look elsewhere. This hotel has nothing near it. It's an old hotel whose rooms have been slightly updated. The fan in the bathroom (that turns on with the light) made a horribly loud noise any time it was on. There is a free happy hour in the lobby, but it consisted of a red, a white, and a beer.

Rough around the edges, no seriously. Most edges of of the room where dirty, scuffed, or badly patched. The staff was very polarizing:in the morning everyone was friendly and greeted you, and in the evening the staff was rarely at the front desk and never acknowledged your presence. The happy hour put on by this Holiday Inn express served Miller beer and franzia boxed wine put into unlabeled wine bottles. Other Holiday inns have put much more effort into there happy hours by offering a variety of bottled beer and decent wine from a bottle that isn't disguised as something it's not. And last but not least on the last day of my 8 night stay I found a roach in my room.

Everything was comfortable. No complaints here. The internet was being difficult at first but once I finally got connected it worked fine. There isn't much as far as shopping or food located near the hotel but the rooms have a small half kitchen with a sink.

It was horrible!! The breakfast was over 16.00 and that was for lousy service and a buffet that didn't have much variety. The curtains didn't close completely and the light coming though was bothersome. The walls are thin as my neighbors partied and were loud every night. The initial checking clerk was amazing he went above and beyond but that is as far as the hospitality went. I was there for a conference travelling with my 1 1/2 year old son. Ironically the conference I was attending was in the same hotel about children in a not children friendly hotel. While walking to my room after the conference, I noticed a worker walking out. When I asked him why he was there he stated the housekeeper reported my son had scribbled on the wall. I knew this was not the case and had him accompany me to the room for verification. The young man was polite looked through the room and verified there were no pen marks on the wall. I did explain my son had marked with pen a pillowcase. I explained it was the pen from the hotel and it was easily removed with rubbing alcohol. The "agent" as the manager called him stated not to worry about it and it could be easily removed. I was bothered because the "agent" said they couldn't understand the housekeeper as she spoke Spanish and no one was there who understood her. I contacted management Shante was her name I explained to her what I explained to her agent. She too explained they could not understand the housekeeper. I explained I felt it was intrusive and very rude in the way the situation was handled. I thought that was the end of it. I received a letter upon checkout that started with an apology followed with a however the housekeeper said there was a pen mark and stain on the duvet, and little cover that is at the bottom of bed. She went on to say she set it aside so I can look at the pen marks. I was appalled at the letter. Really all this over some pen marks that could easily be removed? Anyone who has ever worked in the hotel world knows pen marks are one of the easiest things to remove. Yet, this manager found that it was important enough to send an "agent" to investigate. I wonder if this is how they treat all customers who unintentionally stain items? The letter she sent was condescending and inappropriate. If you have a family, or fear of making a stain I would avoid staying here at all costs. Never again will I stay in this establishment or perhaps any Holiday Inn based on this experience.

This was a tough trip because I was traveling with a sick infant at the time. The hotel is on the outbound side so you'll have to make a u-turn anytime you want to head into town. But I arrived early and requested an early check-in if possible to get my son out of the weather. The front desk staff was a bit rude at first but I believe he may have just been overwhelmed at the time. Unfortunately, my request was unable to be accommodated but Jeremy offered us coffee and other things such as a crib while we waited. Despite being rushed, our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a comfortable and spacious king and there was plenty of space for a little one to crawl and get into mischief. The only two drawbacks about the room were the placement of the toilet and television. The TV is placed directly in front of the median wall between the bed area and living area. The toilet is literally - no exaggeration, here- less than a inch from the door. It almost touches as you open to enter. Breakfast on the other hand was hot, great, and abundant. The bacon was crisp, gravy hot and peppery, biscuits soft but not doughy. Honestly one of the better hotel breakfasts we've had in a while. Plus check-out was a breeze. Between the food and the staff, I'd say two thumbs up and I'd stay again.
