After having a bad experience after my check in. Holly the manager was so nice and sweet, and took care of us. She apologized for the guy at the lobby that made my check in very complicated, and said that she won't tolerate this, and made everything she could to make our experience so much better. I'm glad that even when one employee is not the best doing his job, there is someone like Holly who trully cares about her costumers, and wants them to have the best experience possible. I will definitely come back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Newly renovated and refurbished, my room was very nice with modern furniture and touches. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space in the room. Elevator had not been touched and was quite obvious given how nice everything else was, including the lobby. This is likely asking too much of a La Quinta but the only other thing I wanted was a bar when I arrived at the hotel. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Newly updated, & super clean. Awesome building, love the 2 windows in the room, lots of natural light, great reception, great location, very comfy! Hot tub no longer there, looks like they used to have one, 50 stars if they still had it! Still a super great hotel, always look forward to going back to the room, very pleasant!

Amazing hotel. So close to shopping and restaurants. Upon Checking Iesha was amazing! She even checked on us after we got settled to make sure our room was comfortable and quite! I over heard her assisting other guests as well. She seems to go above and beyond to ensure the guest are being taken care of.

Very nice Hotel. I stayed here for 1 Week and I liked this place and hostage . Prompt response . Morning Breakfast could be better . Very near to all the restaurants and other major groceries. The price is affordable with excellent facilities. You can opt for it with out any 2nd thought .

Rooms are very clean and in good repair. Breakfast includes fresh waffles. Building under going renovation currently, but that didn't get in the way.

My room, 157, was fine. Clean, quiet and smelled fine. The A/C was running with no way to control it as the thermostat on the wall was non-functional. The toilet would flush only every 2nd or 3rd try. The listed microwave and fridge were non existent also. My friends room, 152, smelled very damp. The wall around the window was wet and spongy and there was black mildew around the edges of the window. It did have a microwave and fridge though. Being by the Domain the condition of the rooms surprised me. These rooms definitely need some maintenance.

I'm not sure if they still advertise a business center or access to a pc/printer, but if so, don't count on using it. If this is something you will need during your stay, I suggest calling before making your reservation to see if it is available. Room was locked while I was here. No-one could get in/had the right keys. Once we finally gained entry, there was no pc & the "wireless printer" wouldn't collect to my Android device. (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge)
Breakfast was decent, at best. Had to move rooms upon arrival because the 1st room hadn't been cleaned. 2nd room was better but not good, by any means. Beds were better than the floor. The bathroom in the 1st room was nothing special but the one in the 2nd room was larger so that was a plus. It appears the hotel is currently going through a renovation so I suspect there will be much improvement from when I stayed. Great location, as Whole Foods is literally across the street & the Domain is within walking distance if you so desire. Easy to find the hotel. Right off the access road of Mopac if you're heading North. (Exit Duval.)response / report this review -

Very nice place. I was afraid it would be dirty from reading negative reviews, but the place was clean and the rooms are quiet. I would say that for the price this is one of the best, and it doesn't charge a pet fee.

This is an excellent Hotel if you are in the Austin Texas area! The rooms are equipped with all one would need,microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and maintained by the staff all day if you need anything! And rooms are extremely clean!!! The staff extremely nice and helpful. My daughter works here in Austin and I just by chance few months back ended up in the facility and I am really thankful that I did and had this moment to give you and them an account of my experience so thought all should know!!!

It's decent people are nice and they are remodeling! Not to may people are over excited when staying away from home in a hotel. Improvements needed cushions for outside seating in the iron chairs, exhaust fans for bath rooms, better access to rooms from parking lot, plus side they do have a small outside whirlpool hours are relaxed on pool usage after 10, check out at 12:00 nice! They will provide roll away bed if needed, rooms are clean pillows are small like all hotels these day bring you own if you are use to a king size! A continental breakfast is provided they will be serving a hotter breakfast after remodel just your basics to get by until lunch on you.

I've stayed here roughly about 30 nights this past year. Rooms are always clean, have a courtyard to sit in around the pool, breakfast is the standard yogurt, bagels, fruit & make your own waffle. They are pet friendly. Staff have always been pleasant & helpful except my last visit & Jeremy was just rude.
