Nice staff. A bit slow on processing in. Rooms are dated, rusty,old, partially cleaned, and not worth $50. Just avoid. You'll be happier with a 3star.

The good: was clean, easy acess to the freeway and inexpensive. The bad: charged me a $100 deposit even though they had a credit card on file and room stay had been paid for. Dust bunnies in the corners, clean but not deep cleaned. Gave me 1 wash cloth for 2 people for 2 daysgave me more when I asked but had to ask daily for clean wash clothes. Went to get tea in the lobby at 9 on the last day and when I went back to my room they had shut off the key even though check out was 11.

This is the worst hotel to stay at. Gave us key that was assigned to someone else room, the key didn't work on our room, and someone answered the door. No coffee cups and when you ask for extra towels, they do even exchange, you bring the dirty down and then they give you clean ones. Unbelievable. Ive stayed in hood hotels that had better services than this. Oh not to mention the carpet hasn't been cleaned in a year or more.

The night staff was a little less than friendly and almost unwelcoming. On top of an unpleasant attitude, they refused to check me in unless I paid a $100 deposit on the room first, despite the fact that the room was booked and paid for already directly through the website, and there was no mention anything during the booking process of the fee, and there was no refunds offered if the deposit wasn't paid and I couldn't check in. I even called ahead of time to ask about any possible deposits I would need to pay for, and was told over the phone that if I booked and paid online through their website there would be no refund required and I would have no trouble checking in. I almost couldn't afford the room due to the deposits and the whole thing was very frustrating. The room was spacious, but it had an odd smell and hadn't b been cleaned very well. There where food crumbs everywhere, belongings from the previous customer scattered around the room, and there was no bedding or pillows available for the sleeper sofa. Will give credit where it's due though, the morning staff was exceptionally nice and tried to be as helpful as they could

Stayed here before and loved it. The reason we came back. Didn't really like it this time because of some loud family at the pool after midnight.

Not a good first impression. Definitely old on the inside and outside. Total of 3 bugs found in the sink and run on arrival, and its only our first night. Yikes!

Nice place to stay. Horrible part is no break fast and it's on the highway. So if needed to get anything we have to walk for about 20 minutes and cross the road. It's a cheapest hotel to stay with basic amenities that will fulfil your basic needs like free WiFi morning tea coffee muffins. Small swimming pool which surprises kids

Absolutely the worst experience checking into a room after traveling for 6 hours. The first room was completely filthy. COMPLETELY FILTHY! *Deep Breaths* I chalked it up to a long day and the girls missed one. Room two smells like an ashtray in a non smoking property. It was clean enough .. but not proper hotel clean. Ugh now we are looking for a new room we will be checking out first thing in the morning. We booked for three nights.

Everything is perfect here, staff, including Bret, filinda Corp manager, Ray, mesha, house cleaning jennifer and others. Breakfast, tv, pool, exercise room, cleanliness, security, app rates and perks. Everything is the bomb here! Trust me stay here! All the staff deserves a double raise and I mean it! I will be coming back, thanks felinda and staff God bless yall.

The hallways smelled like old cigarettes , reminded me of a cheap hooker motel. Pool had tons of dirt and other nastiness in there. Wouldn't swim in there if you paid me. The water coming from the sink/shower had a greasy/slimy residue, I refused to shower there . The room itself was ok. Pretty clean for the most part. Bed wasn't all that comfortable . Their "free breakfast" is literally granola bars and stale ass coffee. Definitley not worth the 90$ rate they charged me . I would consider it an upscale hooker motel . Wouldn't recommend unless you're absolutely in dier need for a room. But then again you'd be better off at super 8.
