The lobby staff was SUPER inviting and friendly.
The bed was comfortable, not worn out or sagging or anything.
I was able to wake up with a cup of coffee in my room from the single cup coffee maker.
The morning breakfast was standard holiday inn Express food.

It was just a ok 3-star hotel. You can tell it was an older remodeled hotel (typical Holiday Inn upgrade). My bedroom window was cracked from one edge across other edge and very dangerous because it was above the entrance. Almost looks as if somone shot at the window. Alot of outside noise travels into the room. I had a hot tub room but it's not worth paying anything extra. It's just a jetted old bath tub. I paid extra for points but never received them.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I was impressed with this holiday inn. Breakfast was included and they had a good selection breakfast food.

The staff person at the desk was simply the best. She had my room ready and thanked me for my Spire status. My son had forgotten his toothbrush and she was happy to gift us one. The room was clean and neat. The hallway had an off musky odor but otherwise everything was fine. The hot breakfast was very nice. I would certainly stay again.

The location is the main reason I keep coming back. The free breakfast is good. The rooms have plenty of space and the beds are comfortable enough.

Rude staff. In town for my child's medical issues and the check in staff was so hateful. Will never in my life visit this hotel again. Rooms are not great and the whole floor smelled funny. Smyrna Holiday Inn is far better than this rat hole.

Very nice hotel and great location! Clean rooms too! I wish they would get rid of those sausage patties and just stick with the bacon! The cheese and veggie omlettes were good.

Way over priced for the room and what was provided. The refrigerator was extremely loud (immediately unplugged), tub was stained, shower head was not cleaned, 6 outlets did not work, toilet leaked and was bent (preventing the seat from staying up) and tiny trashcans. The only good thing was the bed, it was very comfortable. As for other items, "breakfast" was as cheap as possible for them and their coffee was terrible. All in all, I would not suggest staying there and I am planning on not staying at other Holiday inn locations because of it.

Racist, racist, racist !!!
While driving around in Marietta Georgia seeking a nice hotel My boyfriend was very pleased to finally find something decent. So we pulled up to Holiday Inn Express - Marietta/Atlanta NW and he was out of the car before me, he had already asked the front desk clerk if they had any rooms available and the clerk informed him that there were nothing available for the night. He then asked to use the restroom, then I walk through the door so confused as to where he was. I asked the clerk if anyone walked through the door. The clerk informed me that he had gone to the restroom, so I then asked if they had any rooms available. The clerk looked at me so confused, so I ref-raised my question. I asked did they have any available until check out, he asked me to hold on I think I have a cancelation. He went to the back for about 4 min then said he had one available for $170 before taxes I said okay how much is it with taxes and the clerk stated it would be $190. I said okay that's no problem, let me see if my boyfriend wants this hotel. My boyfriend just so happens to call my phone, asking me if they had a room available. I informed him that they did, and is was very upset because he was told other wise. Mind you he had a customer that just booked a room with no reservations, I was standing right next to him. I was disgusted because my boyfriend did not want to come to Georgia, I convinced him to come along with me to potentially move here and for him to be treated that way was very upsetting. My boyfriend then showed up and requested for a supervisor, the clerk stated he was in the back and took 10 min to even go to the back to get a manager. Then the manager came ready to explain himself before giving us a chance to explain the situation. We did not and will not be returning to any Holiday Inn hotels.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. The rooms look really nice and the bed was absolutely amazing! Lord, I wish I could have taken that bed home It is really close to alot of stores and restaurants. It is my hotel of choice whenever my company has our quarterly meetings.

I stay here often for work purposes and I have to say that the staff here is absolutely awesome!! Everyone has always been so polite and welcoming every time I've stayed here. Most of the staff knows their repeat guests by name. On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. I look forward to checking in when I arrive rather than treating it like just another mundane task.
