The afternoon concierge was very friendly and professional. He remembered our names through our stay. The rooms are comfy. The blankets weighed so much!! I loved it but others may not. The only downside was that, on getting to our room, our toilet was clogged. When I called the front desk, I was informed that maintenance was already gone for the week but a plunger could be brought up. When the plunger was being dropped off, the front desk person said they had previously tried to unclog the toilet with no apparent success. We were offered a room change if it didn't work.
Great service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nice bathrooms, big rooms and happy decor. No crazy amenities but extremely comfortable stay. Would recommend!
Cool ceilings. Parking was plentiful. Hotel staff was courteous and helped me find my way. The hotel was a little difficult to find. Also, this place is totally different from the one on Peachtree St. in downtown Atlanta though, so don't let that one define your expectations. This one has more of a feel like a chain hotel.
First, I have to say, the staff was fantastic. They were all friendly and if I could give them 5-stars I would. I thought the room was dirty. Hair was on the bathroom floor and shower the paint behind the sitting chair was flaking off. I felt like I needed to wear shoes in the room. It was kinda gross. The beds however were so comfortable, so that was nice.
We got into the hotel at about 2:30 am and they were very hospitable. They promptly sent a shuttle to pick us up from the airport so we were able to get you sleep soon after. The beds we super comfortable, and our room was very clean and inviting.
Wonderful hotel in college park. Very close to the airport. Clean spacious rooms, all ling size beds, and a great restaurant. what more can you ask for? Two thumbs up!
I really liked this hotel. My room was very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a weighted comforter on the bed, which helps me sleep in a strange place because it makes me feel secure. The only thing I didn't like is that it was difficult to get the hotel to answer the phone. It wasn't really a big enough deal for me to take off a star, though.
Don't get me wrong. This hotel rooms were very comfortable. But the hotel staff sucks. Treats you very nasty. Zero hospitality shown here always felt I was bothering staff. I will be telling people to stay away. Even voiced that to a staffer and she told me I could start elsewhere if id like.
Love the hotel, staff and most importantly the room, which was very spacious, with wood floors and a very spacious walk-in shower. Loved the very comfortable linen as he likes the room cold and I don't so the heavy comforter came in handy. The full breakfast in the restaurant was very good as we had the grits and shrimp and omelette with fruits. It was a beautiful experience!
For the price point, this property is amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and the property had a beautiful lobby and waiting area. It is about 10 minutes from the rental car center and while in bed, you can watch the planes land right by your windows. See some photos below! If you are looking for a quiet hotel at 9:00PM, this is not the hotel for you, but after 11:00PM and before 6:00AM, the sound of the planes is nearly noticeable. Overall great hotel.
Quick and convenient shuttle; updated and comfortable room; quality service at the hotel bar/restaurant. Had to stay here after a flight was cancelled, and was very pleased with the overall experience.
Stayed here for two weeks. Adorable, trendy boutique hotel. Staff is genuinely friendly and wonderful. Room was tiny but there are lots of hooks, shelves, and nooks for storage. Beds very comfy. Cool bar. Elevators always accessible and quick. Amazing location in the heart of midtown, Atlanta. The one con was the bathroom which was the size of what you'd see on an airplane plus a tiny shower. All in all, fantastic value!
Check in was extremely slow. The staff kept helping others while in the middle of helping me. Check in took awhile. Parking passes are needed to be placed on dashboards. Rooms are not well insulated from airplane sounds. Room itself is fine, typical Hotel Indigo brand. There were stains on the bed sheets. Had to wait for front desk to show up to check out.
This is by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone I come in contact with remembers you and is extremely nice to you! The hotel restaurant is full of delicious menu items with a very hip modern feel. The room is HUGE with an extremely large shower, comfortable beds, and direct tv! I would come back to Atlanta just to stay back in this hotel room!
This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Atlanta. The rooms are very nice and the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed the food downstairs during happy hour, you have to try the chicken wings! You are also right next to the MARTA station to get down town in a breeze. I love the designs and modern look of this place.
The staff made the hotel to go from Great to PERFECT. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!
